Hired them to haul away a pile of construction debris. Far cheaper than any other quote I received

Love these guys! Great communication, Great Service, and very dependable. Again the dumpster was brought clean and easy to use and cover. I got a 20 ft this time and it was again perfect for my mission. Doors facing the garage and easy to open and close. Love the delivery guy! SOOOOO incredibly sweet and nice. please provide them with care and business. read more

Sergio runs a great business. He was by far the most responsive of the local services in the South Bay. He accommodated me by letting me inspect the dumpster size I needed beforehand and dropped off the dumpster perfectly on schedule. Sergio Sr. is friendly as well, easy to work with. He placed the dumpster where I wanted and expertly laid it onto our driveway without scraping it or our carport. On time for drop-off and pickup. They're a little old school with paper-only receipts and contracts (no email copy or confirmation). He does follow up to confirm dumpster drop-off the day before. If I need to toss more stuff out, I know whom I'll call first. Keep up the quality service, Sergio! read more

Sergio answered all of my questions when I called for a quote. The quote we were given was a great deal and he gave us a break down of the costs for the dumpster rental, size and weight. He was very helpful! We were told the expected delivery time for the dumpster rental that we asked for and his driver delivered it within the estimated time frame. He replied to all of my call and texts in a timely manner. Great communication skills! Looking forward to using their services again! Thanks Bay Area Dumpsters! read more

Can always count on them to deliver when we are in need of a dumpster great help whenever we are needed of help

We were working under a lot of constraints such as limited time, a small working area and weather. Sergio and the whole team put in extra effort to get us the right bin, oriented in the right position. Great job! read more

Called this morning and the main business number has a voicemail that has not been set up. Not a big deal as I do believe they have good service from the last time we rented a dumpster. It's just unfortunate that something so small is in the way read more

Bay Area dumpsters helped me clean out my parents house after my father passed. It took three 30 yard dumpsters to get the job done. They were fast and responsive every time I called. Even when I had to leave a message it was returned immediately. And their delivery/pick up driver is an artist when placing the dumpster. The price was very fair. I highly recommend this business for dumpster service. read more

After decades of neglected garage spring cleaning, I finally hunkered down to rent a dumpster. After searching Yelp to find one with good ratings, I selected Bay Area dumpsters. Their prices were good and after calling, I spoke with Sergio and he made it easy breezy to reserve one to be delivered on the day of my choosing. Sergio Sr. delivered and picked up the dumpster. I actually was in awe of his skill set of maneuvering a large truck and dumpster on a narrow street into the driveway. Sergio sr and jr were both pleasant to deal with. I most definitely recommend! 2 thumbs up read more

Excellent service and price. Responsive and delivery/pickup as promised. Will use them again.

This father and son duo are amazing! I needed a dumpster service before the holidays to do some cleaning around the house. My family and I finished cleaning on Christmas Eve and they offered to pick it up. I highly recommend them over all other companies. Reasonably priced, responsive, and extremely responsible. Will go to them for any and all of our dumpster rental requirements. read more

Great service and fast response. Very informative. Answered all my questions and picked up early like we wanted.

Awesome company. Ordered 40 yard dumpster and it was delivered the same day. Filled it and needed another - had them exchanged within a few hours which made our remodel process go so smoothly! Also, prices are great and the service was awesome. Would definitely recommend read more

Awesome!!! I shopped around for quotes and these folks were in the ballpark. Phone response was quick and easy as they were able to answer all my needs. Sergio Sr. was great and was able to deliver the dumpster earlier than the initial ETA which I agreed on. I highly recommend their service as this was the second time we had used them and they did not disappoint. read more

My mother recently passed so I have been cleaning the house and needed a dumpster. When I called they were very responsive and even delivered it a day early. Later that week I asked when it would be picked up. They replied Thursday to Thursday but if you need it sooner just call. Thursday came and went. then Friday. I called again and he said his driver got covid but it would be picked up on Monday. On Monday he told me Tuesday for sure! It is now Wednesday and it is still in the driveway. Is this place a SCAM. I have texted and called, no response. I was forced to postpone listing the house. I can't remove a boat from the driveway that was sold. I also can't park the vehicles in the driveway and my truck was broken into last night. I asked for a receipt and "crickets" Non responsive. They finally picked up today. Yippie! read more

Extra charge and waste time. I asked a quote for a 10 qy dumpster two days before I need. The price they gave me is $395. At 18:50 the day before the delivery day, they told me I had to pay an extra $100 because of my address in Fremont. I have told them the address when I asked the quote. Please send the real price at first time avoiding wasting customers' time. read more

Do not ever use their service. They tried to be nice to you when you order dumpster but once you paid then their service is horrible. I asked them to pick up after two days using the dumpster, they agreed. Then I saw the dumpster still at the house and I cobtact them. They say they do not pick up dumpster unlesd pay cash. I paid through credit card already and pay cash again? They tried to double charge. I cannot believe this is how they run business. Their business will not last long by running this way. It was not a very pleasure experience but a very bad service. Please go somewhere else where ut more professional! read more

These guys are the best! I placed an order Friday at 6:45 PM and by Saturday at 2:00 on the dot the dumpster was here and placed exactly where I wanted it. The gentleman that helped me was beyond friendly. It's been an excellent experience so far. Will update once they pick up the load. read more

Harjeet is the mannnn!!! Here's why: - Requested for a dumpster on the same day and he delivered! - Price is ~$50 less than competitors around the area - We rented a 30cu yard and it so happened that we went a little over from the maximum level of the dumpster. And sure enough, he was very considerate and took the dumpster with no additional fees! He gave us a warning but he managed to bring it to a facility without CHP on his tail - Frequently follows up and so easy to work with! I will definitely recommend this company (especially Harjeet) for all of your dumpster needs! read more

ordered dumpster with them, paid by card. asked them come get the dumpster, 2 weeks passed by they don't pick up. they want me pay cash which i already paid card at 1st with the contract. what a scam tried to double charge me. Please be aware ...!!!! Not recommend a dumpster from them read more

I use Bay Area Dumpsters at least once a year for general garage and house clean ups. Ordering is a breeze, they deliver on time, they pick up when they say they are and as of yet I haven't run into hidden fee issues. I always worry that I filled the dumpster up too much as sometimes it crests the top of the walls but they never charged me more. I think they go by weight and not height (like one other dumpster I ordered). Anyhow...the drivers are excellent too. We have a pretty steep gradient to our driveway and they come equipped with metal bars to lock the wheels in place so it doesn't roll. Nothing but good experiences here. read more

This company has made it SO easy to rent a dumpster. They delivered it the very next day. It was affordable, and the people I dealt with were friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience. read more

I just called them up around 1pm and received verbal abuse as the man who answered responded to my question of if they could call back some customers with the response- "would you like a di** up your a**?" Solid company. read more

I have read the reviews some of them said they got charged extra after they pick up the dumpster, but I still want to give it a try, now it's my turn, I have rent the 20yard dumpster for 7 days, they delivered and pick up on time, but they charged me extra $125 with out notify me, of course never show any proofs to show my dumpster over weight. If you want to rent the dumpster for this company beware of the extra charge. read more

If I had a negative rating I would have given chosen that instead of 1 star. Lisa the person who answers the phone is rude and very un - professional The communication is unclear and there are no set guidelines which I shared with you about what to include in the dump and which not to. Then they charge extra if the dump contains something which was told previously as OK to include in the dump. Then they would threaten to leave the entire dump on the drive if you are not OK with the company charging extra on the collection day. Don't ever use their service I seriously advise against it. They are thieves read more

Great experience and the guys that came were excellent and I am about to order my second dumpster from them

Changing my previous review because my first experience must've been a fluke... I used this company for the second time and this time I felt scammed. Like previous reviews have mentioned they charged me over weight chargers that I know were not necessary. We didn't fill the dumpster, not even close and yet were charged for 2 extra tons! When I called to ask about this and another price discrepancy, I was met with a "we'll look into it and call you back" .. That was two weeks ago and I've yet to hear back. I was planning on getting at least two more dumpsters from them as we have projects coming up in the next few months, but I will be finding a new company. I do not appreciate the lack of customer service, the unnecessary overage charges and the feeling of being scammed. **old review, I now find untrue** Great experience all around. I called many places to get quotes and Bay Area Dumpster had great prices. The gal who answered the phone was extremely nice. She was easy to work with, got back to me right away and answered all my questions. Scheduling, drop off and pick up were a breeze. The driver was so very nice and even offered to throw in a few more things from my yard. I already recommended them to my neighbors and would recommend them again! excellent service. read more

I spent a few days trying to get a quote on a dumpster rental. Bay Area Dumpsters were one of the only companies to respond. After one other quote, which was absurdly high, I decided to go with Bay Area Dumpsters. I called for a next day delivery and they were right on time. Sergio Sr. Is awesome! Such a friendly guy. His son on the phone was very quick to respond and pleasant as well. He went over cost for each size dumpster and the extra fees associated with specific items. I highly recommend their service. I may be using them again. Thank you for making my cleanout process easy! read more

Very friendly, professional staff! My husband and I are doing a home renovation and have rented two dumpsters from this business so far. We will more than likely use this service again in the near future, and we would recommend them to anyone. read more

Bay Area Dumpsters is an outstanding family owned business. Lisa was very friendly and responsive with my requests. Their rental with delivery fee was extremely reasonable for a 30 yard dumpster. His helper ensured my driveway was well protected from the dumpster placement. I highly recommend Bay Area Dumpster for your next dumpster rental needs. read more
