After a refreshing of our cottage I needed help getting rid of old furniture, trash, and materials I called JM hauling. Since then I have used their services about 3 times. They communicate quick and well sending pictures and video of the service provided. In one instance I left junk to be hauled in the driveway but could not be home during pick up and I got a text on their arrival and a video of the whole area clean and swept after. Then I also needed to get rid of couches and dinning set because I got a new one and they were able to pick up the next day... I send pictures got an estimate and done. The process is easy and the price is great! I definitely will be using them again for future projects. read more

Call them right now. Super responsive on the phone and via text. Great rates. Better than getting a dumpster rental. Friendly, professional, and hard working staff moved quickly and efficiently to get rid of all we needed. Can't say enough good things about this team. Looks like family owned business. Great experience. read more

We were having a difficult time getting Lowes to haul away our old sub zero sized refrigerator and decided to find someone else to do it. Selected JM because of their competitive quote, responsiveness and ability to do same day. We were a bit concerned when one guy and a woman showed up with their truck and nothing more than a small dolly (mind you, this is a 700 lb fridge that had to be moved down a few steps and around the back of our house) but they were determined to help. Less than a half an hour later we watched them drive away with our old fridge. Fast, good value and professional. Highly recommended! read more

Professional, Responded and completed job with an honest quote and hauled it out within hours.

I make it a point to complement good customer service, and this company did a great job. They came out to our project the day after I contacted them and performed even better than we had anticipated. They gathered up all the junk we had to haul and even came back later in the day for a second load. Will definitely use them again for future projects! They were prompt, actually, they were early for the appointment, which was awesome and we were able to communicate freely and during each stage of the contract. Thank you Jasmine and Nelson for a job. Well done! Thank you! read more

We hired this service as we chose to support an independent business. This is a younger couple of hard working people who showed up on time with little notice and did an excellent job. Will definitely call on them with any future needs. Easy process, send pictures, get quote, job done. Highly recommend. read more

Nelson was responsive and prompt - but when we added a few items to the pickup, he jacked up his prices considerably and unreasonably, nearly doubling what we had agreed upon. We paid him what he asked - but we will not use him again. read more
