Nothing bad to say. Justin is super responsive and accommodating. Pricing is very competitive compared to some of the other quotes I got. On the day of the appointment Justin and his coworker were very courteous and quick, taking less than an hour to get rid of the junk in my room and kitchen. They were very careful when moving my furniture down two flights of stairs, making sure not to dent anything. read more

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with any kind of services when it comes to junk removal. I called a day in advanced and he made an appointment for the next day and when i call to check in if they will be on schedule, This person "Justin" was un attentive and did not treat me with respect. He had told me that he was busy and forgot about the appointment, they had with me and showed up late. I needed to go at a certain time so i had made sure in advance that would not interfere and hinder my schedule and time! When they got there was feeling hostile and i could tell they were not working hard and when they said that they finished and asking about payment and did not have time to check the whole house and later found out they made a mess and when I had called inquiring about that he gave me a bad attitude. I was not happy at all and in the end I got over charged than the original estimate in which he guaranteed it will be cheaper and also he would give me a discount. If it was possible, I would give them negative stars or banned or even half a star because they do not know what they are doing at all. No etiquette and definitely need to learn how to treat people with respect. read more
