There's just one thing that I noticed. The cover for the water drain was missing. I'm not sure if the guys who worked on the water drain misplaced it I texted Adrian about it as soon as I noticed it was missing a few hours after he left, but I haven't heard back from him. He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary). He was friendly, fair with pricing, and also very quick-- framing and installation took only 2 separate, spread out days (to allow for drywalling and parts arrival in between). I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. That said, I would recommend you get a quote from Juan if you need concrete work.
