He briefly explained to me what he did and what I have to do, which is basically nothing, except to call him if there's any problem or when the sediment filter has to be replaced next year. There's just one thing that I noticed. The cover for the water drain was missing. I'm not sure if the guys who worked on the water drain misplaced it I texted Adrian about it as soon as I noticed it was missing a few hours after he left, but I haven't heard back from him. With a ton of experience doing this kind of install, Marcus helped out so much that I was pretty much able to handle coordination of the main pieces and personnel without needing to hire anyone else. He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary). He was friendly, fair with pricing, and also very quick-- framing and installation took only 2 separate, spread out days (to allow for drywalling and parts arrival in between). My personal experience with him in terms of communication was excellent, but I also purposefully avoided peak summer season so as not to catch him at a busy time. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. That said, I would recommend you get a quote from Juan if you need concrete work.
