The next morning, when a new flood appeared in the same spot, he came out on a Sunday and quickly discovered it was a completely unrelated leak from our main water entrance. (Back to back leaks? Toll Brothers developers are developing a huge area next to our street and have literally been geo-forming the earth--jack hammering through layers of karst that our homes are sitting on. Because special adaptors were needed, the repair couldn't be completed that day -- but Enrique was back first thing Monday morning, crawling under an 18" space to replace half the distribution pipe connections.
