They also installed new baseboard in the areas with new flooring. The unit has a limestone fireplace and they did an excellent job of trimming the flooring around a limestone fireplace. We remodeled our house a few years ago and one thing that wasn't done as well as we would have liked was the primary bathroom shower. We thought we could live with it; but after a year and a half we decided we wanted to redo the shower. We found new tile at The Tile Shop and they recommended several contractors. What sold us on Preston was seeing work they had done for other customers, their reviews, and their pricing. We let Preston and Jesse (our PM) know our expectations for the new shower and how we didn't want a repeat of our first experience. The tile team: they were constantly trying to cut-corners and blow us off. I am glad the project manager, Jessie, won't let them off easily and had a talk with them about respecting the owners. At the end, the tile guy comply to my request more and let me inspect their work before leaving (else Jessie will make them return and return and return). The plumber was incompetent. The plumber had to return 3 times to fix a leaking P-trap. Overall, I would use the OnPoint team again but I would set the ground rules with the Tile guys first and have a selection of plumbers to choose from. The glass guy was awesome: Stefan Franco, owner of Freedom Glass. He is a must-have for bathroom remodeling. read more

Reliable, Communicative & did a great job! My boyfriend and I bit off more than we could chew purchasing a fixer upper. We called On Point home services and they came to check out the work we needed and provide an estimate. The team came the next day and provided the invoice estimate the same day of their visit which was awesome. We decided to move forward with popcorn ceiling removal, dry wall repair, finishing, and painting multiple places throughout the house. They did an amazing job and were in and out quickly. I had a vision for an area of my unfinished attic to create more storage space. Only I needed a raised floor inorder to also add more insulation. I gave Preston and Jesse of OnPoint my vision for the space and they said we got this! They went above and beyond what I had envisioned and also perfectly solved an issue with hvac ducts being slightly in the way to accessing the new storage space.
