I appreciated the pianist who played the grand piano in the center of the store. I, however, did not see many employees greet me as I walked around.

There is a huge parking lot (paid) behind the entire building and there are metered spaces in the front. They often host events like outdoor fitness classes, farmers markets and car shows. It really is amazing that you could mini golf, get a facial, drink wine or beer, eat delicious food, shop for books or grab a coffee all within a small area. There are several cut through areas which make it more manageable to get to your desired location from the parking lot. The biggest downside to me is that I wish there were more local businesses. While there is nothing wrong with chains, the Strip is such an important part of Pittsburgh's history that I wish it contained more independent businesses and restaurants and less chains.

We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed.

I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. I used to go to Aldi, but now their prices have risen to be about the same as target so typically if they actually have what I'm looking for I'll go to target instead since it's more convenient. It's nice that they have the Starbucks and the eye doctor place in the target. I got my eyes checked at their clinic before and it was a fairly easy and reasonably priced experience. The glasses selection isn't really that great though so I'd recommending just doing the check up and then waiting to order glasses online.

I shop at this mall only if I am passing through the area. The parking lot has an adequate number of spaces. This mall is not fancy, and it has limited options for shopping for clothing and groceries (the other mall across the street contains those types of businesses). I consider this mall to be more of an occasional destination for residents who live in the Fox Chapel area.

The employee was…read morerude, as we finally found the ponchos hidden in a corner, she told us to get out of the way so she could have boxes set down. Never once an "excuse me" or "please". She also would walk away from the register when people would come to pay. Very strange experience and thankful I don't have to go there again as it's nowhere me. The register was able to match my credit card to the items. I thought that was kind of cool. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service.

I chose a pair of jean shorts on sale for 40%-off and a shirt on clearance for $5. The cashier did not look enthusiastic, but he promptly rang up my purchase and thanked me. At home, I tried on the two articles of clothing. The jean shorts fit pefectly. The shirt, though, had a large fit in the shoulders and a cropped length. I will donate this shirt to charity.
