I shared with Ashley my experience when I went to pick up my last order at the Aventura mall, which wasn't such a good experience. Ashley informed me that she was sorry to hear that, and I assured her that today was a seamless pick up order with her and I thanked her for seeing me and being so kind.

She said "Oh the sweater was wrongly marked Instead of $49.99 it was $100." Not my problem! I told her they should honour the price marked. They refused. The manager a Kathy C offered me 10% off of $100. I asked her to please hold the item till tomorrow after I had a chance to call the head office as in the past if a store made a mistake labeling a price, they always honored the marked price. She flatly refused Saying they were not allowed to hold items. I said this is different....she would not budge. I have spent literally thousands of dollars in this shop, never had a problem till today. Extremely disappointing since I have shopped here since the very day they opened. It is a crying shame that Dora who was the first manager here was moved to a different location She was always extremely helpful and efficient and even called customers telling them to come shop as there were lots of fabulous new arrivals. She has unfortunately been replaced with rigid robot like moron sorely lacking in gray matter, initiative and civility. I will call the head office tomorrow however am not Holding my breath.

The man who sold me these jeans stated while measuring me that he would leave them long to accommodate for shrinking. He did not. Not only did he cut the legs too short, but two obviously different lengths. The pants are unwearable and instead of at least offering some solution, (I'm a reasonable man) I was told that the only thing they would do is cut the longer leg to match the shorter. Zero accountability for poor tailoring on his part. I would never go back and will certainly tell my friends, family and neighbors to avoid this store as well. At least an attempt to remedy the situation would have been appreciated. Take your business elsewhere.

I do most of my shopping at 2 stores--Canali (Bal Harbour) and Sunset Clothing Company...what I love about this store are the hip and casual selections of clothing that keep my look contemporary and appropriate for the Miami nightlife and/or more casual beach scenes. They do a great job of choosing lines from designers who match their business model and clientele, offer great service, and almost all of their clothes are suitable for traveling without requiring as much attention as my more high end garments from Canali often do. Very good price points and good location in a less touristy area of the beach. If you are looking for a stylish store (men and women) that won't break the bank, I highly recommend Sunset Clothing Company--and you will be supporting a locally owned, independent business.

It's no secret we're in a pandemic and hours of operation have changed for many of the stores therefore they have them posted out front for customers like me to take note. So Loft basically heckled me into buying online and when I received the order, there were a few items I needed to return. Return shipping is a ridiculous $7.95 meanwhile the Loft is around the corner from my house so I decided to make the short trip. I checked the hours and Lofts hours were 12 to 6.... I arrived at 4:50 PM and the door was locked. I figured there were too many in the store and they were waiting for people to drift out before letting me come in. I was wrong. At 4:56 the store employee comes out and tells me they are closed. I mention the hours say 6 PM but she tells me that from now on they will be closing at 5 on Sundays. I could have made a stink about it because the sign clearly showed 6 and in any case I was there prior to their closing time, but I decided I would just bite the bullet and humbly walk away. This to me is poor customer service. She knew I wasn't there to shop, I was there for just a return and I was there within the time they should have still been open. I took note that Mondays and Tuesdays they had a later closing (7 PM) and decided I would go the next day after work. I reached out to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens via IG so they could update the Loft store hours accordingly and not further inconvenience customers. The next day I show up at 6:10 and they're closed. They changed their hours once again and went from 7 PM closing time to 6 PM. At this point, I can't win. It's my second time there to make a return and I'm unsuccessful. Now I'm obviously suuuuuper annoyed and vowing to never shop Loft again until they have free returns by mail. A regular customer gone because the one employee couldn't handle my return when I showed up on a Sunday at 4:50 PM with a sign that read closing time at 6 PM. I took pictures of the hours that changed from one day to the next...showing 2021 is off to a wonderful start...LOL
