I like to get there as soon as they open so I can take my time browsing before it gets crowded--you can really look around and not feel rushed. I learned my lesson once when I saw something and thought, "Maybe next time." There was no next time, lol. Things move fast here, and the inventory is constantly changing. I recently grabbed a pajama set from here for a trip, and everyone loves them. They were super cute, only $14.99, and when I tell you they are comfortable--I love them! I've gotten tops, shoes, dresses... you name it. I also really like their selection of bathing suits. If you're a bit top-heavy, it might not be the best fit since they sometimes forget about those of us with a little more up top (lol), but the colors are vibrant and fun. The shoe section is one of my favorites as well. We brought our mom one time, and she walked out with 10 pairs of shoes for under $150--yes, seriously! And these were quality, name-brand shoes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend setting aside at least two hours so you can take your time and really go through the store. I'll definitely be back before the end of the year--this is a must-stop for me every time I'm in town.

You just leave your license to get one. I was so shocked at how many stores are closed. It's sad to see Malls are dying and stores can't survive during covid or a slow economy. The big Anchor stores that use to be there are now discount merchandise stores,two big ones and a Belk. Still some smaller old favorite stores like spencers and clair's still here. They have a play area for kids and a area set up for Santa even though I didn't see him. For being so close to Christmas I was surprised it wasn't busier. The food court now consists of maybe 5 or 6 places and only like 3 were open for business. Will definitely go back for the 2 big Discount Stores they had a lot of items marked down from Regular Prices. When returning the Wheelchair there is a sign on the door with the phone number to call . The security guy was friendly and even walked us to the only door that was unlocked that they don't lock when the mall closes. He even allowed us to leave the store with a cart (they are not supposed to leave the store.) Since it was full of bags!!! I don't know how you would carry everything otherwise. Then she walked back to the check-out counter & told me to line up after at least 6-7 customers. I asked I was waited prior to get the merchandise and I had to wait again. She said yes. I think that's not good customer service to make someone waited for twice in line. Sound like a punishment to someone who needed her extra service. Sorry for my feeling about that. The front pointed me to the fitting room area where I found a younger girl who COMPLETELY ignored me while she was in her phone leaning in the back behind the cart... so I just began looking for the paper towel and found some hand sanitizer and started walking towards where my son got sick.... Realized I didn't have anything to put it in after like a bag or anything so I went back and tried to ask her and literally had to say "excuse me ma'am excuse me" 6 times before she ROLLED HER EYES at me and looked up with the most rudest attitude and said "what?" I then tried to ask her if she had any cleaning supplies and she said "we dont have none of that" so I once again let her know what was happening we shrugged her shoulders and was already back on her phone...I just smiled at how insane this was cleaned it up and left the paper towels on the floor so other customers would know that there was a spill there.. When I left I also let the manager and front staff know what had happened and they seemed to be more concerned so maybe it was properly dealt with as I left but I'm keeping this two stars until my next visit, I hope for the best.

Prior to Church, I had mentioned that I needed to pick up a new belt because the one I am currently wearing is beginning to fray. Never say this to a woman who has Kohl's Cash Coupons plus other Coupons because then they are in a feeding frenzy just like Sharks smelling blood. Original thought was to hit the Kohl's in Huntersville on the way back but she found out there was one close to the restaurant in Gastonia so I had little option. She had already been badgering me for my underwear size so she could get a new set so Kohl's was inevitable anyway. It's a well stocked store which is good but at the same time, they have cut back on the sales associates till it almost self serve. Heaven help you if you don't know where thing are located. Found the belts first and found a nice one with excellent quality and a good price. Bought it and may end up buying another in a slightly smaller size if I can hopefully loose a couple of pounds. Underwear was a bit more challenging because my size was not part of the primary display but on an end cap but found what was the right size. With the coupons and Kohl's Cash, it was a good saving overall. I personally thought the replacing the underwear to be low priority but apparently not to my wife. Not the next day but the day after, I went to dress and all of my old underwear had been discarded regardless of wear and had been replaced with the new.
