You have to feel for malls. They used to be the spot to go and hangout, maybe even perform a little retail therapy. But those days are past and the Eastridge Mall shows it. Lots of one-off shops that you don't see elsewhere and I feel bad for people that have stuck their life savings into opening a retail outlet. Good luck to y'all. The mall is tidy, it is reasonably well lit and many of the shops are still open for now. Parking lot is large and roomy. [Review 12597 overall, 2389 of 2019.]

It's not the whole mall it's this place called EL Guanaco Express the food is horrible the salsa is Unflavorful this is a poor reputation to Mexican tradition I am myself is half Mexican half black and my mama would not approve of this the taste of the chicken feels rubbery and unseasonal the black beans are disgusting tomatoes horrible and the rice smells absolutely awful I do not recommend this place it is horrible do not approve

How do they pay the power bill? I do not get it? Is it busier during the holidays? I even saw the DQ guy sleeping ... They should call it the Slepping mall. or Nap time ... Maybe they should close it and make a parking lot? or a Park? Terrible

Review for Charlotte Premium Outlets…read more After relocating to Charlotte from the San Francisco Bay Area, I've kept my same philosophy about shopping: retail prices are optional if you're willing to do a little homework. I'm always looking for quality and value without paying unnecessary markups, and this outlet center has been a very reliable place to find both. I needed professional clothing, shoes, and luggage for work, so I made the drive out here--and I found everything I needed in one trip. One of my best purchases was a beautiful piece of luggage from Travelpro at a great price. Many of the stores also offer additional discounts if you sign up for their rewards programs, which can make the savings even better. Stores I frequent most: * Banana Republic * J.Crew * Ann Taylor * LOFT * Saks Off 5th * Old Navy (very large location with great basics) * Le Creuset -- always fun to browse, even if just window shopping If you have the time to look carefully and shop strategically, you can really find high-quality items here at excellent prices. My personal shopping strategy: * I avoid weekends whenever possible * I park near the Saks entrance, especially along the back row where it's easier to remember where you parked * I shop during off-hours for a calmer, more efficient experience Parking overall is plentiful, and the layout is easy to navigate once you learn your preferred entry point. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. In my experience, the staff across stores have been knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The overall vibe feels practical and approachable--people are there to shop, not to show off. There are also plenty of restaurants and fast-casual options nearby, so it can easily become a full outing. If you're planning a larger shopping trip, using store hold or will-call services can be a smart way to keep your purchases secure while you continue browsing. As someone who pays attention to value and cost of living, I've found shopping in North Carolina--and the Southeast in general--to be refreshingly affordable compared to the West Coast. That difference alone makes places like this especially worthwhile. Bottom line: Easy parking, strong value, and a wide selection of reliable brands. If you shop strategically and avoid peak times, this outlet center can be a very productive and enjoyable place to find quality items at fair prices.

I don't really think of this as an outlet mall because the prices aren't cheaper than premium…read moremalls. However, I do like the variety of stores and in my case the only osh kosh and carter kids clothing stores in the area. There are multiple parking lots so finding a space has never been an issue. I came during thanksgiving/christmas and the decorations are very nice. They have signage for a variety of holiday events happening (pics of your dog and Santa etc). There is a food court, shake shack, and Starbucks. My kids love the small play structure. It is very small and probably only entertaining for kids 4 and younger. I appreciate the clean bathrooms inside the food court- especially the family restrooms which has a small toilet for kids.
