I was close to the start of the line. They didn't start setting up outside until it was almost 9. People weren't allowed to enter until well after 9am. I hate it when stores aren't prepared and do not open timely as advertised. When we got in, I was very disappointed in the options. In the ad, we were promised Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, Dolce Vida, Chinese Laundry, and more. I saw one sandal that was Circus by Sam Edelman. Two sandals that were Madden Girl. The rest were cheap brands of poor quality. Where were the Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, Dolce Vida, and Chinese Laundry?! Shoes and sandals were either $5, $20, $15, or $20. To be honest, you could buy the shoes they were selling in DTLA for $5 - $10. This warehouse sale was a big disappointment and definitely not worth it. You live and you learn.

So she asked me so you wanna re-order this hat and I said yes and for some reason, she's having a problem at the register with my phone number and she had to ask me for it at least seven times, it was extremely annoying. I don't know why it took her so many times. I don't think she had a clue what she was doing at the computer. I have no idea if she knows how to work that computer but definitely seemed like she didn't. As I mentioned, she asked me do you want to re-order this hat? I said yes I do and she looks at the hat and starts the order. Now obviously I'm assuming she's completely doing it right so the transaction was over and I left. Later on that day, I look at my email to see what's the status of the hat and she orders me a shirt instead. How incompetent can you possibly be to mess that up!? She told me you want this hat and I said yes, she's even looking at the hat. I don't understand how that mistake gets made. She looks at the hat asked me you want this hat but we don't have it in store and she said we'll order it for you. Absolutely dumbfounded how you can make this mistake. I wasted my time and now money is coming out of my account because of her idiotic mistake. Tillys, please hire people with working brain cells, cause clearly this girl doesn't have a single cell in that brain. What a disaster of a situation. Biggest waste of time. Completely unacceptable.
