First time ever ordering after some good recommendations. Was hurried through my simple order of a large pepperoni pizza and a large white pizza. Upon delivery I received a medium cheese and a medium white. Although that's what I was charged for I chalk it up to the fella at the phone. Pizza was mediocre at best. Sauce had very little flavor. Toppings on the white were a bit skimpy. If you're hungry it'll work otherwise go somewhere else. That said, there's not a real good option for great pizza in this area. read more

I never had a problem with this place until I asked if I could have my order a certain way, the woman who took my order was very rude, I was trying t order a Cheeseburger combo but with the bun on the side, the responds I got was " do you go to mcdonalds and order a burger with the bun on the side? I said no because thats mcdonalds, I just wanted no soggy bun. Then she said "Oh My God" then said 25 minutes and hung the phone up on me. Wow terrible customer service!!!! read more

placed usual order, delivered raw undercooked chicken. called to notify, refused to discuss it, yelled at me for a ski,g they take it back and either replace it or return my money. they just hung up. wth--like i really want to get ecoli food poisioning eating this. instead if taking it to see themselves, they just ignored my requests, told me too bad, and not allowed to complain and dont order from them anymore. all that over my not wanting to eat raw undercooked. chicken. customer service - 0 food safety & sanitary - 0 hope you can live with your unprofessional behavior & inappropriate response in handling this situation. reported to several agencies--good luck with your future inspections, violations any everything that you have risked over making sure food eas properly cooked. have photo, and sealed for health department inspection . read more

So decided to order from Tito's pizzeria tonight looking for a new mom-and-pop pizza place and staying away from the major chains. Got the online special for 2- 16inch pizzas, 40 wings ( best wings I've had in a while ) which came with a 2 liter soda. Only problem I had was with the amount of toppings I paid extra for (1.75) for the size of pizza I got when I added broccoli to one of the pizzas. Not worth it to add any toppings not because the price is bad to add, but because they don't put enough to even taste Other then the whole toppings debacle, I would have to say this place was good. Great pizza! I called 8 minutes before they closed and they still delivered two pizzas and an order of the wings. Wings were good, pizza was even better!!! Just like NY pizza, thin and crispy. Crust was excellent! Had pizza a couple nights before at Mattolis and Titos crust and flavor was much better. Just visiting so it's nice to find a good pizza place we can come back to when we come to Hernando beach. read more

We just moved to the neighborhood and have found our new Italian place. The entire family was extremely impressed. I'm an Italian with family that originated in The Bronx and notoriously hard to please with this type of cuisine. The Chicken Marsala was amazing, the Alfredo was perfectly balanced and my Ziti with meat sauce was on point. The kids tried to split a large Stromboli but there was no way they could finish. Huge and delicious. The marinara tasted like they made it just for our order. Even the salads were great. They have made loyal customers of us with just one meal. Now I'm going to go try the cheesecake and cannoli we ordered but were too full to eat. I highly recommend this place. read more

Very terrible customer service the lady was very rude to me because I asked for a half spinch calzone she replied it's to messy to make it that way. After I explained that the way she was talking to me was very unprofessional she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone after that. I wouldn't even give this place one star! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I just placed an order and instead of her explaining to me why my order was cancelled she CURSED ME OUT & hung up on me twice . I have to literally go into the establishment to understand wtf the problem was . Don't go there . They hate they jobs . Clearly chus how you hang up on a customer twice ? And never even made my order by the time I got there . I had no idea wtf was going on chus like I said before she yelled whatever she yelled into the phone and then hung up on me . I have been to Titos numerous times and I always order the same thing. A slice of pepperoni pizza to go. It costs $2.14. I almost always pay with my card. Today I was told that in order to use a card you have to spend $4.50. I asked if that was a new policy and I was told no. I said that I always pay with my card, that I did not know about the policy, that I didn't have cash on me and that I didn't want anything else. She refused to let me use my card, was not apologetic, just didn't care. The other restaurants in that Plaza will be receiving my money from now on as I will NOT return to Titos after receiving such horrible customer service. read more

Very very poor customer service. They will hang up on you when they are wrong. That's how you are treated. They will screw up your order and say it's your fault. These people suck. Once they have your money they will not correct any issues you may have. No customer respect. They should not be in business with this type of administration. The pizza, lastly was very salty. I have been a very loyal customer of Tito's pizza for 3 years. Not many of our orders were under 80.00 when we ordered, mostly once a week when we had company over and bragged about the place. About a month ago we ordered from there for our company. My husband had just passed away suddenly and many were from out of town for his memorial. One of the calzones had 2 missing ingredients on them, we didn't say anything or call them and complain but did mention it to the owner in the next days so they didn't make the same mistake as we were charged for them. The owner asked my daughter if she still had the food and she said no, they ate it. My daughter then asked why she asked us that and she said why would you eat it and then tell me it is missing?. My daughter asked for the manager and the owner informed her she was in fact the owner and don't call back ever. Well that is sad for them and for us as we didn't ask for replacement food or the 85 cents we were charged for the 2 missing toppings. Maybe a misunderstanding but the owner shouldn't of been so rude and defensive when this was brought to their attention. My sister just called for an order and was hung up on 3 times by the owner and then called from her cellular out of town phone and the owner said we don't take orders from that address and hung up on her. Not very professional and with the tragedy my family has suffered, her attitude and ungratefulness for our years of loyal business is shameful at best. TY and good-bye to tito's in our home. Terrible Strombole and customer service. When I called to complain she was even ruder. The cook said the strombole was not burnt even though I took a picture of it to show him. They can not be bothered to satisfy the customer and she told me there are plently of places that will take my money and to go there! read more
