I have so many good things to say about Louis and his team, I don't even know where to start!…read more - First off, Louis' communication was beyond expectation -- he was extremely responsive and professional. Both on Yelp and via text / call - Second, he offers scheduled pick up and drop off for your furniture which all the other companies I looked at did not offer - He has a great, creative eye for design and worked with me and my fiancé to find the perfect fabric for our chairs - Louis offers an extremely wide range of high quality fabrics and materials to choose from (you will be sure to find exactly what you need -- and Louis was happy to coach us through the process) - He also has really great and flexible hours to accommodate even the busiest professionals (evenings + Saturdays) - Lastly, and most importantly, is the quality of his work! He took 15+ year old chairs and made them look brand new (even better than the original if I'm being honest!). We know we are going to get decades more out of these chairs because of the quality and care Louis put into his work. OH! And the price was extremely competitive and reasonable based on the other quotes I received. I'm sure I'm leaving out something, but I'll leave with this: we could not be more happy with our newly upholstered chairs -- we've already received countless compliments and we will absolutely be going back to Louis for any of our upholstery needs. Thanks again for everything, Louis!!

We've had the chairs for 10 years, but the are good quality (Room & Board) and lightly used. I initially planned on having arm covers made, and was still able to get the fabric from R&B. However after looking at them, Louis said he could simply replace one panel on each chair. It costs a bit more than the arm covers, but so glad I went this route. They look brand new again. And the picked them up and delivered them! Highly recommend!

I didn't find anything I like initially and Edgar brought more and recommended some that he thought I would like. He is absolutely right! He also replaced the cushions and made the chair super comfortable. I couldn't be happier. Thank you and would definitely use them again. As for price, I think they are fair. Fabric is very decent priced. After examining the chair, we decided it needed cushion replacement etc., so the labor cost doubled but still totally worth it imo!

Hi ! I want to…read moreshare a fantastic experience I had with a company that restored all my old furniture. Two gentlemen came by, and they were incredibly professional, doing an excellent job recovering 12 chairs and 1 patio set for $3,100. They handled the pickup and delivery of my furniture and ensured everything was sturdy, even adding fuller where necessary. I was very satisfied with their work, and they were genuinely the nicest people ! I received 5 quotes and they were the most competitive and the best service .

An absolute nightmare of a transaction from beginning to end. There are so many other furniture…read morerestoration companies to choose from. This place should close immediately. I asked for an estimate for 2 leather couch cushions. James asked for pictures and measurements. He quoted me a price. He quoted me over triple the original price once I bought the leather and brought them in. I was told turn around would be 3 weeks. And verbally promised they would try to get them done sooner. 14 weeks, several empty promises, the gamut of excuses, and many ignored phone calls later, I finally received my cushions. The corners are lopsided, the cushions are uneven, and I was gaslit to believe "Thats how they originally were". I don't think so Karl. I was also threatened with "I have 6 guys here who will rip those cushions out of your car" when I demanded a discount for their less-than-superior service. The hostility proved their guilt. The interior of the business is filthy and unfit for any nonworker to enter. It will be interesting to see what mold spores and bugs my cushions will release after being held hostage in their "warehouse" for over a quarter of a year.
