I was stressed out because last year in July my car broke down and I went to Speedy Cash (don't ever go there! They are a rip off!!!) I was making payments of $60.00 ever two weeks and that was all going on interest. I Still owed my original amount and for another year would still be paying on the interest. I went in to cash1 and spoke to a very nice guy, (so busy being upset that I didn't even get his name; which Im REALLY sorry about, because he was very professional and nice and let me rant on about my financial woes with Speedy Cash). I already had a loan with them and was expecting to be turned down, I told him I wanted to combine the two loans, close my Speedy Cash loan off plus get a good interest rate. She tried everything she could to try and get us not to pay it for him. I was just blown away by how rude and full of attitude she was. Just because your day isnt great, dont take it out on your customers. She needs not to be in the customer service window!! The GM of Cashtime needs to look over and re-evaluate the employees and their real attitudes, and get rid of the bad seeds!
