I was on the phone and on hold then transferred to other departments wasting many hours getting nowhere!! I still don't have access to online banking or telephone banking on the new account they insisted on opening for me. I even spent 45 minutes in the branch with an employee trying to fix the online banking problem and she couldn't do it after calls to multiple departments! The only I accomplished at the branch was finding out that if I want to keep banking there I have to have a verbal password that I give them if I ever have to call and do anything on the phone for the rest of my life. All I heard over and over again it was Robin Ritter! they would say you know, Robyn, she owns Paperwork Pros and she is only a block away from you go talk to her and see if she can help you. I decided to put my pride to the side and reach out for some help. I emailed her and asked when I could come over to her office and when I got there, I felt like I was sitting in front of my mother. She talk to me with such kindness and explained everything to me that I needed to hear. And I will say that when I thought I old money I ended up getting back money. And to make things even better, she explained to me about having a small business. The small businesses, the mom and Pop shops are the ones that look out for us the middle class! she helped us immensely, and I will be going back to her to file our tax returns this year. I have never felt so comfortable with anyone in my life. With that being said, her family owns other businesses that we will patronize because of their professionalism. We absolutely love the Ritter family and will do whatever we can to support them in their endeavors.
