My husband and I scheduled our yearly tax appointment at 1pm and arrived before our scheduled time…read moreat 12:45pm. We had confirmed our appointment a week in advance. We were in the waiting room trying to check in and the people in front of us were a new walk in. They were scheduled with our tax pro at the time of our appointment and we were informed that we were late and they had already attempted to call us back. We were 15 minutes early and no one had tried to call us back or contact us during this time. when our tax pro came out to collect the walk-in she was told we had arrived late even though we were 15 minutes early. this is very poor service.

Their communications are very bad, I 've tried several times to get them to retun my calls. I even went in 5/3 , but I could not talk with person doing my taxes. I've been a regular customer for atleast 10 years, I thought I would a little respect and customer service than I've received so far. I've asked for the owner name and phone # but they are stonewalling me. I will refuse to pay the IRS for extension, it's H and R's responsibility.
