I needed to find someone local to handle an unfiled return from a previous year. When I called I was quoted a price of $150. I had already got all the documents from the IRS. When I arrived, I was told the price was $250. I told Phillip I was told it was $150. He said ok and when we finished he said I could pick up the documents in 2 days. He gave me receipt for payment. When I came to pick up my return, I was told a $50 balance was owed. I got no explanation. In my opinion this was very unprofessional. I paid the $50 but I will not return for future services. read more
