Their negligence and delayed responses cost me over 3500.00. They must get some kickback for their clients using servepro based on their pushy and harassing behavior. Never in my life have I had to file an insurance claim and hoped they would guide me in the right direction before my agent, and they did the complete opposite and ended up costing me $3,500 out of pocket. Any insurance company that uses them as an agent should truly reevaluate their contract and seek to remove this office as an agent.
