Longneck branch's rules are different from Lewes branch. same bank different rules Wth. I am leaving this bank... no Saturday hrs is inconvenient which adds to it. This bank will go under. Tsk tsk JS

This is a terrible bank. They do NOT advocate for their members. They reversed a chargeback to my…read moreaccount after I was the victim of a SCAM. Since then, I have not even heard back from them regarding this issue. I am done. Closing our accounts. We USED to have six figures invested in this bank. What a shame. Here is the letter I wrote to them describing the issue: "Dear Tidemark FCU; I wish that your "fraud department" had done their job correctly and actually investigated this fraudulent company, but you did not and then you reversed my temporary chargeback.  As I have stated before several times, I was illegally REDIRECTED from a legitimate website, CATO Fashions, and I thought I was purchasing items from CATO and NOT "Western Tags".  I have never heard of this shady so-called "company".  They evidently stole some info and images from CATO and other websites, created their own website and a fake Facebook page, posted false positive reviews that cannot be verified, and scam people out of their hard earned money.  I was charged $114.16 for junk that came in an unmarked package from overseas, return address nonexistent (PO Box invalid), no packing slip, no tags on any of the junky clothes, no notification that the package was delivered nearly a month after the order, and no point of contact to try to initiate a return.  The clothes were NOT CATO fashions, looked like something out of a Dollar Tree, were of various sizes, some damaged and sewn together incorrectly so that they couldn't even be tried on.  I have been trying with no luck to get ANYONE to respond to my emails, and there is no customer service phone number.  They say that they accept returns with a 15 day period, but how could anyone do that when it takes a month to receive the merchandise?  These awful "clothes" were supposed to be a Christmas present. Since there is no place to post a negative review for this fake company, I will instead post a negative review of Tidemark FCU and close our accounts.  We have already pretty much liquidated our accounts this past week after you reversed my chargeback.  We should have stayed with our other bank and never moved to Tidemark.  (The member services department number on the letter (302-629-0100), by the way, never did get back to me after I called and explained everything again. I am also going to contact VISA , the FTC, and the Department of Justice with this information.  I will keep fighting until I get my money back.  I will also warn others about this so that they know that Tidemark FCU does NOT advocate for their members.

We are legacy members from Louviers Credit Union - 20+ years. Since Del-One acquired Louviers, the…read morecustomer service has become incredibly poor! We understand that things change and it takes time to make things run smoothly after an acquisition/merger, but the changes should be positive and improve the business operation and customer experience. So far this is not the case. While the credit union has been busy posting PR material on Facebook about the events they support and the meetings they've been to, we (a customer) had a need to TALK to someone regarding some time sensitive business and have been unable to do so. Have been trying for at least 4 weeks. This was never an issue prior to the acquisition. Since we now live out of state, we can't stop by one of the local offices. They have transitioned to using "Breezy" the bot when you call. Bots are fine to a point, but YOU CAN NEVER REACH A HUMAN WHEN CALLING THE CREDIT UNION. We have been trying for SEVERAL WEEKS (not an exaggeration) to speak to someone. WE HAVE WAITED FOR AS LONG AS 45 MINUTES ON HOLD without a call being answered. Expecting a callback in an hour as the recording promises? BULL. We HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACKS. Oh, and just wait 'til the bot transfers you to ANOTHER recorded message or back to the initial bot recording! Fun times! If you have credit card issues (lost, stolen), you are directed to call the number provided - but WHY if you can't talk to a person and there is no call back? Had a problem with the Del-One app. Yep - directed to CALL THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY DON'T ANSWER. Went to the website and tried to make use of the online chat. Apparently, this has been outsourced to a call center where there are only two people dedicated to Del-One. It was unclear if the chat was encrypted and since it's an outsourced function, how much financial information should you share, not to mention they are unable to resolve specific banking issues. Managed to slightly get their attention by leaving comments on their Facebook page in response to their PR postings, recaps of events attended, etc. as a last resort. These were responded to by someone (who???) asking for my phone number (not giving it out on Facebook!). If y'all would RETURN PHONE CALLS WITHIN AN HOUR as promised, you would already know my phone number. SMH. If the goal was to never interact with customers, congratulations, job well done! We are seriously talking about closing our accounts and transferring our business elsewhere - elsewhere being our OTHER credit union where, when you call, you can actually talk to someone and if you need to meet with someone you can (in person or via Zoom). I just don't understand what was a good experience for 20+ years could turn into a BAD experience in less than two months. Take your money and run, don't walk, to another financial institution. Definitely not recommended, stay away!

I went to make my first payment on a new expensive car loan using my debit card from my own bank. I tried 6 times in various ways on 2 different computers, but it would not work forcing me to call and pay over the phone. I explained what happened, but still had to pay a $10 'phone fee'? Really?!? Do better Del-One. This is terrible customer service, and will be repeating this on Yelp and my own page.
