We are legacy members from Louviers Credit Union - 20+ years. Since Del-One acquired Louviers, the…read morecustomer service has become incredibly poor! We understand that things change and it takes time to make things run smoothly after an acquisition/merger, but the changes should be positive and improve the business operation and customer experience. So far this is not the case. While the credit union has been busy posting PR material on Facebook about the events they support and the meetings they've been to, we (a customer) had a need to TALK to someone regarding some time sensitive business and have been unable to do so. Have been trying for at least 4 weeks. This was never an issue prior to the acquisition. Since we now live out of state, we can't stop by one of the local offices. They have transitioned to using "Breezy" the bot when you call. Bots are fine to a point, but YOU CAN NEVER REACH A HUMAN WHEN CALLING THE CREDIT UNION. We have been trying for SEVERAL WEEKS (not an exaggeration) to speak to someone. WE HAVE WAITED FOR AS LONG AS 45 MINUTES ON HOLD without a call being answered. Expecting a callback in an hour as the recording promises? BULL. We HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACKS. Oh, and just wait 'til the bot transfers you to ANOTHER recorded message or back to the initial bot recording! Fun times! If you have credit card issues (lost, stolen), you are directed to call the number provided - but WHY if you can't talk to a person and there is no call back? Had a problem with the Del-One app. Yep - directed to CALL THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY DON'T ANSWER. Went to the website and tried to make use of the online chat. Apparently, this has been outsourced to a call center where there are only two people dedicated to Del-One. It was unclear if the chat was encrypted and since it's an outsourced function, how much financial information should you share, not to mention they are unable to resolve specific banking issues. Managed to slightly get their attention by leaving comments on their Facebook page in response to their PR postings, recaps of events attended, etc. as a last resort. These were responded to by someone (who???) asking for my phone number (not giving it out on Facebook!). If y'all would RETURN PHONE CALLS WITHIN AN HOUR as promised, you would already know my phone number. SMH. If the goal was to never interact with customers, congratulations, job well done! We are seriously talking about closing our accounts and transferring our business elsewhere - elsewhere being our OTHER credit union where, when you call, you can actually talk to someone and if you need to meet with someone you can (in person or via Zoom). I just don't understand what was a good experience for 20+ years could turn into a BAD experience in less than two months. Take your money and run, don't walk, to another financial institution. Definitely not recommended, stay away!

I went to make my first payment on a new expensive car loan using my debit card from my own bank. I tried 6 times in various ways on 2 different computers, but it would not work forcing me to call and pay over the phone. I explained what happened, but still had to pay a $10 'phone fee'? Really?!? Do better Del-One. This is terrible customer service, and will be repeating this on Yelp and my own page.

I had ATM card and she could've asked me to pull the rest of my money out being that my money was already transferred over to my new bank besides a very little bit. But instead she gave me a check for $.78. Their hours are absolutely horrible. They're not open on the weekends. And their fees are absolutely ridiculous. If you're moving here, do not use this bank. Their customer service is absolutely the rudest I've ever heard on the phone. Do you want a good credit union go to Del one! They are absolutely phenomenal.
