Since then, I have not even heard back from them regarding this issue. I am done. Closing our accounts. We USED to have six figures invested in this bank. What a shame. Here is the letter I wrote to them describing the issue: "Dear Tidemark FCU; I wish that your "fraud department" had done their job correctly and actually investigated this fraudulent company, but you did not and then you reversed my temporary chargeback.  As I have stated before several times, I was illegally REDIRECTED from a legitimate website, CATO Fashions, and I thought I was purchasing items from CATO and NOT "Western Tags".  I have never heard of this shady so-called "company".  They evidently stole some info and images from CATO and other websites, created their own website and a fake Facebook page, posted false positive reviews that cannot be verified, and scam people out of their hard earned money.  I was charged $114.16 for junk that came in an unmarked package from overseas, return address nonexistent (PO Box invalid), no packing slip, no tags on any of the junky clothes, no notification that the package was delivered nearly a month after the order, and no point of contact to try to initiate a return.  The clothes were NOT CATO fashions, looked like something out of a Dollar Tree, were of various sizes, some damaged and sewn together incorrectly so that they couldn't even be tried on.  I have been trying with no luck to get ANYONE to respond to my emails, and there is no customer service phone number.  They say that they accept returns with a 15 day period, but how could anyone do that when it takes a month to receive the merchandise?  These awful "clothes" were supposed to be a Christmas present. Since there is no place to post a negative review for this fake company, I will instead post a negative review of Tidemark FCU and close our accounts.  We have already pretty much liquidated our accounts this past week after you reversed my chargeback.  We should have stayed with our other bank and never moved to Tidemark.  (The member services department number on the letter (302-629-0100), by the way, never did get back to me after I called and explained everything again. I am also going to contact VISA , the FTC, and the Department of Justice with this information.  I will keep fighting until I get my money back.  I will also warn others about this so that they know that Tidemark FCU does NOT advocate for their members.

This bank reversed a chargeback after I was scammed for an online purchase. I was shopping at a…read morelegitimate online retailer, Cato Fashions, and was redirected to another website that was posing as Cato. They stole images from various websites, including CATO, and before you know it I ended up purchasing items from this unknown website, located in China. It took over a month to receive the merchandise, and I could not return it because there was no customer service number, no valid return address on the package, no packing slip or notification that the package had been delivered, nothing. Not even any tags on the garments! I was charged $116.42 for poor quality clothing, all different sizes, that was so badly made that I could not even try one garment on due to its legs being sewn together. They looked like cheap, thin polyester pajamas, not leggings with matching tunics. It was a package of junk. I had no choice since I could not contact them but to dispute the charge withTidemark FCU while they investigated. They reversed the chargeback stating that I received all items as pictured (not true), and that the return policy was only 15 days. Well, how can you return something that took a month to arrive? I tried (3 emails) tocontact the "company" Western Tags, but nobody ever responded back. After a Google search, I found others who have also been scammed by this unscrupulous company. Now Tidemark won't respond to me, and they are supposed to be member advocates. We would like our money back. We are in the process of closing our accounts and have liquidated most of our assets in this credit union. We have had other problems with their bank cards not working, etc., but this issue is just so unfair.

Even though i was recieving my credit card bill with new addrewss. So i asked if they could fax me a change of address i was told that they could do this. to this day still no fax. Then i asked if they could mail me change of address for said sure, again still no change of address form. Then when trying to call stated i was 3rd in que so i waited till it was my turn to then just be put into voicemail. Took 4 days for a return call. Finally i recieved my new debit card now its been 5 days and i don't have a pin number yet. Was told i would have it no more than 3 days after i recieved my card. In the mean time with my card i get all kinds of letters from the bank to sell me insurance guessw what it had my new address..

I had been a non-profit business customer at PNC Seaford since 2003. While it wasn't a big…read moreaccount, (the average checking balance ran just north of 7K) it wasn't small either. They were busy and a little slow, but their service seemed okay. An elderly donor mistakenly wrote us a $50.00 check on a closed account. The bank processed the rest of the deposit and let me know that they didn't think that that check would clear and that they were not going to credit the $50 unless it did. I thought "First issue in 23 years. $50 out of $4K. I'll write it off. No problem!" Then, with no calls, no email, and no notice, PNC closed my account. That was a problem! They did send a check for the $4K balance. The supervisor at the Seaford branch accused me of fraud and said that the bank would not let them reinstate my account, even though that account direct paid their own PNC credit card. I thought I had a personal relationship with the branch manager, especially after a 23 year business relationship involving several business accounts. Guess not! PNC (Seaford branch anyway), seems to have no loyalty at all to their customers. It took me a couple of days to transfer things to a much, much better bank that was happy to get my business. But, hey, PNC made $8.33 cents in interest by messing up my credit card auto payment. Of course, they lost the credit card account, too. I hope that they think that it was worth it. On my part, I will never recommend PNC Bank to anyone, ever! Find a bank that actually cares!

This office seemed nice enough. There is a security guard between the doors & tellers. I needed to…read moresit and speak with someone. The security guard nicely said I would need to let one of the tellers know and they could connect me with the proper person. The teller I spoke with seemed nice enough and said she'd get someone out to me as soon as possible. I sat for only about 5 minutes before being called back I needed a Medallion certification for some financial papers. Went here on a Saturday. Sat down with a representative and explained what I needed and why I needed it. She seemed nice enough and helpful. She said no one in that office was medallion certified but she thinks there's someone in Denton who was. She said she would call them to see if he could come in to sign for me at the Seaford location. She said she would call me and let me know. I told her that if he didn't want to come to Seaford, I was fine driving to Denton because I really needed to get my issue resolved sooner, rather than later. Since this meeting was on a Saturday, I hoped I might hear from her on Monday but knew realistically I probably wouldn't. I know how busy/hectic Monday's can be so I was surprised or even really that bothered when she didn't call me. However, when I didn't hear from her by Tuesday afternoon, I called the office. The person who answered said that my representative was busy and she would call me back. No call back Wednesday. Thursday morning I called as soon as they opened. Someone else answered and again, I was told that my representative wasn't available. I gave the girl who answered a detailed message, asked her to tell my rep that I really needed to know some kind of update either way...does the guy have it or not? I even tried to get the girl to give me the guys info so that I could call him myself but she didn't give it to me. Said that I should speak to my rep and she would let her know that I really needed to talk to her. By Thursday afternoon I was VERY annoyed. I went on the PNC website and wrote down the numbers to 12 locations in order of distance. I intended on calling all of them then going on to the next 12 if needed. The 1st office, Georgetown, didn't answer. The 2nd office on my list, Milford, answered. I spoke with Kevin at Milford who said he wasn't medallion certified but Julia at the office was. I made an appointment to see Julia the following day. Julia was the PERFECT representative. I will be giving her a rave review on the PNC Milford profile but since this is for Seaford, I will continue with their review. Finding a location with a medallion took me less than 10 min. The Seaford Rep could have done the same thing. If she didn't want to do that, she could have just called me back, said the location she thought had it, didn't and maybe suggested that I call some of the other locations to see who had one. Either of those would not have been the greatest customer service but it certainly would have been better than no call back at all. Especially since I told her I really needed to get this done ASAP. Because of the delay, I ended up having to send the docs UPS overnight at a cost of $86. The delay will also effect the turnaround time for the issue. I had hoped to have it done by 10/3 but am now at minimum a week behind. I gave this location two stars because the guard and tellers seemed nice enough. Had I not had those two brief encounters, I would have given 1 star. If you need something done and can't get it done same day, go elsewhere. If you don't get a call back in 24hrs, go elsewhere. I don't want to name the Rep here but if anyone wants to know, I can DM it. I definitely would suggest you ask for a Rep other than her. Perhaps if I had hundreds of thousands of dollars in my account I would have rated higher and been a more important client. As it is, I'm a regular hardworking person. We deserve good banking customer service too.
