I was told I would need to provide a copy of my bill of sale before they would process the cancellation. Because the trade-in documentation is embedded within my purchase contract and contains sensitive personal and financial information, I explained that I was not comfortable providing it and asked if there was an alternative form of verification. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution, I encountered customer service representatives and a manager who were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I was simply asking questions about the company's cancellation policy, my calls were disconnected multiple times without resolution. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when asking legitimate questions about a contract they purchased. Requiring unnecessary documentation containing confidential information, combined with poor customer service, made this an extremely frustrating experience. I hope Empire Auto Protect reviews both its cancellation procedures and the professionalism of its customer service team. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

After twenty years of loyal membership and consistent premium payments, I find it deeply disappointing that Allstate has demonstrated little to no meaningful effort in addressing my claims for roof and screened patio damage -- damage caused by one of the most severe winters this region has experienced in decades. Despite submitting my claim in a timely manner, I continue to find shingles on the ground after every subsequent storm, a clear indication that the matter remains unresolved and that my property remains vulnerable. Given the lack of responsiveness and the absence of adequate support from your organization, I have made the decision to personally finance 100% of the cost to replace my roof and upgrade my screened patio to a glass enclosure -- expenses I reasonably expected my long-standing insurance coverage to address.
