When I called to ask about activating/using my coverage at that point, the representative instead told me my policy would be canceled and that I wouldn't be refunded for the time I had already paid. There was no clear explanation upfront that the coverage wouldn't work the way I intended, and no effort to resolve the situation fairly. I feel like I paid for something I never actually got to use. If you're considering this company, make sure you fully understand when your coverage starts, how it works with existing warranties, and what their cancellation/refund policies are because my experience was not what I expected.
