Today I got my first haircut here in Massachusetts, Since I walk in the shop the guys already knew my name and waiting for me. (Which is awesome) My barber was Tony and honestly I got the best fade haircuts in years. I really liked the environment, clean and professional. The worst. Hip hop rap in Newtonville??! Very small mirrors, so I couldn't see "L A" butcher my hair. He did nothing like I asked, cut the sides like I am in the army and left the top like a mohawk. Kept wiping me with rubbing alcohol. All the while spinning the chair back and forth and telling me what an artist he is. I walked out of there looking like a clown. Different length hair all over and left over lines from the clippers. Should have went with my gut and left after seeing the gentleman before me walkout with a F'ed up haircut. Barber was also very rude when asking to speak with a manager. Told me the manager is on vacation - I called an hour after leaving and now the manager is at a different store. Hmm. How convenient. Today was our first time to Title City and our experience was amazing!!! The barbershop is so clean and they have all the protocols in place to make it safe due to Covid. My son saw Josh and he couldn't have been nicer, more professional and more patient than he was with my 2.5 yo. Never mind the awesome haircut he gave him.
