His guys came by about an hour after the delivery and were done with all 3 projects an hour later. They put up two new light fixtures and made an adjustment on an existing fixture. As an interior designer, I am very familiar with the range of competence and customer service of contractors in this city. Klodian is a breath of fresh air. I hired Klodian to install some chandeliers and sconces after completing a renovation but after seeing him work, rehired him for more and more complex projects. We are now troubleshooting the shoddy work of the previous contractor's electrician on a Lutron Homeworks low voltage automation system. Klodian is clearly far smarter and more knowledgeable about his craft than most. He is deliberate, clean and respectful and I trust him in the building, in my home and most importantly, in my clients' homes. He is professional and accommodating, proactively finds solutions to unexpected problems and does everything he can to leave a job completed without charging extra. Sometimes, the unexpected is too involved and the proposal needs to be revisited but, knowing the industry and the craft as I do, by the time this comes up, Klodian really has put in the time to exhaust every creative attempt and is being beyond reasonable. We contacted Titanium Electrical after the first contractor showed up and left. He to rework his bid because he wasn't able to do the job the way he thought it was going to be done. We were disappointed that our first contractor left but so glad we reached out to Titanium. They came by soon after and looked at the work. There were some considerations but we discussed them all and both sides (us and Titanium) were well informed and knew all the things that we could possibly encounter. Titanium came by the following week and the work was done professionally, cleanly and on time. Because they figured out a way to do the job more efficiently, they saved us $300. That has never happened to me. It was a great job, done the way we wanted, on time and on budget. We couldn't ha e been happier. One thing I must mention- I like work and workers who clean up after themselves and treat my home with respect. Titanium was all of that. The last thing I want to do at the end of my day is to clean up someone else's mess after a day of work. Titanium was clean and they left my yard and garage in great shape. Klodian was amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, on time, and very kind and easy to work with. When it comes to housework, I've come to realize that nothing is as simple as it seems, and that was definitely the case with our job--what seemed like a simple 220v installation ended up being a 2-part job. Klodian never got frustrated or took shortcuts, instead he took his time to do the job right when there were many opportunities to do it faster that we would have ended up paying for in the long-run. Klodian and his team are highly professional. His tech showed up with a mask and booties to keep my floors clean. I hired them for a service call to repair some weird outlet and lighting issues after my failed attempt to install a single pole rocker switch. My hall light wouldn't turn back on ... and a livingroom outlet that was connected to that switch also died. I used a digital multimeter and didn't get volts. I was stuck and opted to go forward with the service call. Klodian quoted me a very reasonable price for the service call, though the price would go up should rewiring be necessary. It wasn't, and he stuck to the estimate for the hour and a half service call. He wasn't the cheapest, or the most expensive, but he was knowledgeable, responsive, and gave me complete confidence before, during, and after the service call. Called a few Yelp options and he's the only one who speaks good English, professional and knowledgeable to patiently walk me through my situation and options. Not only that, he's a honest business person and would not just try to make money out of you if it's something that can be DIY'ed.
