I quoted several companies and they told me I need 3 to 4 people but he was saying 2 people should be enough. He told me maximum price I would have to pay, and I like quoting like this. The price was reasonable, and he is very professional. On the moving day, Pablo and Rustam came and helped for moving. They are professional, and just kept working non-stop. Excellent movers! This company goes above and beyond! My apartment building was sold, we were all evicted, and had to be out by July 31st. Finding legitimate movers was a difficult process. I'm so glad I found Titan movers! Joe and Rusmat showed up about 20 minutes early and got right to work. They packed things very carefully and I didn't have anything damaged or broken after unpacking. They were respectful and courteous. And they worked with a sense of urgency. Joel took care of the booking and we handled everything over the phone easily. They confirmed the appointment two days ahead. Four days later, My neighbors were scammed. A very happy and satisfied customer here. The 2 movers who help us today is Adrian and Ramiro. They are very fast, yet careful when helping us pack all the clothes hanging. They are so professional that I am impressed. Even some racks are very heavy which made of steel that they could find a way to move. The unloading was the best! I recently had to move and was on a tight timeline due to having a baby on the way so I looked up various moving companies. I had never hired movers prior to this so I was not sure what to expect, but after looking at several companies and quotes, I hired Titan Relocation Services. After discussing the move with their team, we decided on 3 movers and they assigned Dion, Justin, and Rustam. The three guys showed up on time, disassembled my large furniture, got everything packed up (including an oversized safe) in a timely manner, and unloaded+assembled everything faster than I could have possibly imagined. Many large items would not fit up the staircase yet they were able to get it all in by loading them in via my balcony. None of my property was scratched/dented etc and neither residence had any damage at all. On top of all of that, the final price came in far below what I was anticipating that it would cost so I gave the 3 man team a healthy 30% tip for their excellent work. Let's face it. Moving sucks! In fact, I am still trying to empty boxes and organize my new home since our move on the 3rd. That is why this yelp review has taken so long, but I wanted to be sure to leave one! We moved with the help of Titan and thank goodness we did! The morning of, I started to panic. Titan helped us move 30 miles away and it was overall a good experience. It was a $100 deposit to hold the date and we paid the rest on the day off. We chose the standard 3 movers and I'm glad we did. Two of the movers would be moving things from the house to the truck while the third plastic wrapped each item at the truck. The best part about Titan was they were careful with moving bulky items like sofa, bed, exercise bike up our stairs. I would not say they were the fastest, which is a good thing actually, because they did not cause any damage to walls or doors. One thing to be aware of is the minimum might be 3 hours but, with the required double drive time per CA law and the pace of the move, we were charged for a total of 7 hours. read more

Just got done with a move with these guys Jose was awesome and the team worked hard all day in the hot summer sun and got the move done quickly and professionally. They came right on time and got everything done as quickly and safe as could be. They were able to get our adjustable bed out and our big fridge that barely fit through the door. I've never written a negative Yelp review because I am a business owner and I know there are many challenges to running a business but I've had multiple bad experiences with Titan so this time I felt I should share my experiences. Today is the fifth time I've used Titan in the past 24 months. The first 2-3 experiences were positive which is why I used them again but the last two moves were terrible. I think they are growing and not able to manage the quality and experience level of their crews plus the owner is not concerned about customer service or experience. Today should have been a super easy move. It should have taken less than two hours including driving time but you pay for a three hour minimum which is all stated at the outset. However, the move became a big problem because the liftgate on the moving truck dropped down onto my driveway causing damage to decorative stone and the driveway itself (pictures below). The crew was trying to figure out what to do because they saw the damage to my driveway and eventually I had to borrow my neighbor's floor jack to lift the moving truck so the liftgate could be retracted. At the end of the move, I spoke with the supervisor, Joel, told him about the damage, reminded him that I've used Titan five times, explained that we have three upcoming - business related - moves in the next two months and asked him to make this right or lose my business. Joel offered me $20 to cover the damages. I told him that was not reasonable so he spoke with the owner and in the end they credited me $20 (total) for the damaged driveway and wasting two hours of my time. They couldn't even offer a discount equivalent of one hour of time. In other words, they did not want my business. This is not the way to do business. At the beginning of this post I said the last two moves were problematic. When we used them four months ago, their crew scratched my hardwood floor (picture below) and when they delivered my furniture they lost bolts for two pieces of furniture so I had to purchase and reassemble myself. At the time, all my previous experiences were positive so I figured it was an anomaly but it seems this is the new level of service offered. Some of their crews are good but you have no selection so we will never use Titan again. read more

They were very organized with 3 people moving and 1 rearranging it in the truck, and they wrapped up my furniture extremely well. Keep an eye on the movers to make sure they're actually working for the time you're hiring/paying them for! We were scrambling for movers because the first ones we had scheduled an appointment with didn't show up. We greatly appreciated Titan Relocation Services' prompt response and professional communications getting set up with a contract and deposit. The movers (Matthew & Atef) communicated their arrival and were prompt within the expected time frame. They wrapped the larger pieces and we told them they really didn't have to but they took their precautions. We hired them with the understanding of minimum 3 hours. They did take a little longer so we had to pay for 4 hours in the end. There were several moments that they seemed to be dawdling, rearranging furniture in the truck unnecessarily, moving slowly - so we intervened to take care of all the smaller luggages that we could handle. I really appreciated their services to the point that I recommended them for my friends who were moving a couple days later. Unfortunately, they didn't have a great experience. Matthew and Atef helped my friends also, but they were rough with their furniture and seemed to drag out their time. My friends stepped in to help move the boxes because they were moving so slowly. My friend even took 5 trips in the span of Matt taking 1 trip. That is unacceptable, especially because the movers were so rough with the furniture that there were dents, scrapes, and rips accounted for afterward! My friends had JUST purchased all their furniture and refrigerator ... it is very unfortunate they experienced this mishap but THANKFULLY Titan refunded a portion because they are a responsible business that knows they have a duty to their customers. If you absolutely need movers, I would recommend this company ... but also advise that you keep an eye on the movers if you care very much about the condition of your furniture/appliances. read more
