Pros: cheapest quote we received, workers showed up on time and are fast at what they do. Cons: We watched them load up the truck for a bit when they first arrived. We stepped away momentarily and came back when everything was almost already loaded. But turns out they didn't wrap half our furniture. Almost all my dining chairs have damage (no wrapping), my desk is scuffed from rubbing against the inside of the truck (no wrapping), and my bed frame is chipped in multiple places (partially wrapped). It seems they chose to ignore us when we told them how expensive our furniture is. Upon arrival at our new house, one of the two workers was watching the football game on his phone even though we pay them by the hour. Because of this I eventually started moving the furniture into the house myself. We have a large bedframe that would need to be taken apart more to fit up the stairs, and the workers estimated at least 1.5 hours just to move the bedframe up the stairs. We ended up telling them we could do it ourselves. Overall very disappointed in their service. We waited to post this review in fear of any retaliation since they had our new address. Records were under my husband's name so they will most likely point it out and not take responsibility. read more

So, I had scheduled these guys for a 9am move in, but that crew was sick, which I was called about. So the new guys (Franklin (I think) Willie, and Jesus) were a last minute replacement and arrived at 10am. These guys were awesome! They not only unloaded two Pods, but also put the furniture, boxes, and appliances where we asked. Easy going and hard workers. From the time they started, they didn't mess around. If/when we need movers again, we will definitely be giving these guys a call. Thanks again for all the hard work! read more

Many thanks to Raul and Staz of Titan Relocation Services! After reading great Yelp reviews of Titan, I scheduled via phone a few days before it was time for me to move. Raul and Staz showed up on time, and they listened to my directions about fragile items being packed on top in my POD and boxes with visual framed art needing to stay upright. They were careful with my belongings, which I appreciated, but they still got everything packed in 3 hours. They made sure to fit everything securely in my POD, using shrink wrap for certain items and my rope to hold things in place. I def. could not have done it without them! Thanks again and many blessings on your business. read more

Just moved out of my house on 03/02/2023, and I got to say by far the best moving experience I've ever had! Such an amazing crew that was not only early but were beyond helpful and respectful, and made me and my family feel beyond comfortable. We had 100 percent trust in these guys getting the job handled smoothly. Justin, Dion, Russel, and Rustem were beyond amazing and deserve a pay increase or some type of bonus or even a promotion because that was the smoothest transition ive had from a smooth team! I'm definitely recommending you guys in the future because of these amazing 4 team members! Oh, and not a single item damaged! Couldn't be happier!! read more

Paul, Mark, and Martin were amazing. Communication was excellent, they knew exactly what they were doing and got it done. I just moved from an apt into a home and I searched for rates and reviews like crazy. They had the best of both worlds and they delivered. They wasted no time when they got to my apt. Asked to be shown around to see what they were getting and got right to it. They expected to do it in a longer time than they did also. They moved and loaded the truck in right over an hour, unloading was about 40 minutes. They took apart the furniture they needed too and promptly put it right back once they delivered. They are nice. Professional and transparent through and through. I couldn't of asked for a better situation. I hope I'm not moving anytime soon but if you are, absolutely use these guys. You will not be disappointed read more

These guys are fantastic. This was the second time using their service and I couldn't be more pleased. Within 3 hrs, Vlad and Julian moved me out of a tricky 4th floor Apt. in LA with several large vintage items into my new place. They're friendly, and they care. Highly recommend Titan. Thanks again. read more

We were referred to Titan by a friend who recently used them. Titan made the whole process extremely easy. From the informative quote to the email follow ups, they communicated each step of the way leading up to the move. On the day of move, the movers arrived on time And ready to work. They hustle from beginning to the end while keeping the clock in mind. They professional wrapped all the delicate furniture and broke down all parts for easy moving. They had all the equipment and made the moving process easy. The also methodically packed out the truck so as to avoid unnecessary 2nd trips. I'd recommend Titan and would use them again for my next move. read more

Very bad service, they did not wrap a lot furnitures. Some of our furnitures got damages because they did not wrap well or even on wrap. And they damage the expensive desk. read more

Just moved over the weekend and I couldn't have done it without Titan. I've been living in 1 bedrooms/studios with not much furniture so I usually do the move with a u-haul and my fiancé but it would take me from morning to night to complete the whole move. This time I hired movers because my new apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and even having to walk everything up stairs the move was still completed in just a few hours. Fava and Tony were a great help, they showed up right on time and were exactly what I would want from movers looking like they could bench press my biggest pieces of furniture. read more

Moved and happy! The team at Titan are extremely fast & efficient. No scratches on any of our furniture or walls, I gave them general directions on where to place things. They did a wonderful job so I no longer have to rearrange my furniture. Professionalisms goes a long way so receiving a courtesy call afterwards was refreshing. Think of Titian for your next move! read more

Sad day to have to close my store and move all fixtures to a storage for the time being. At least, the moving was not as stressful because of tireless and courteous work by the crew of the Titan Service. Especially, I liked the professionalism of their foreman, Adrianne. I will be looking to use his service whenever it may be that I move back to a new store. read more

Very responsive! Needed movers as soon as possible and they were able to schedule for the same day. Fair price and hardworking team. Would highly recommend this company. read more

We needed all of our furniture and belongings brought into our newly renovated home from the storage in our driveway. Frank and Greg were on time, considerate and friendly, and extremely efficient. They worked diligently to carefully move everything to the right places in our home, including the heaviest of furniture pieces. We also appreciate Joel's understanding and flexibility in scheduling. From this experience, we would absolutely call Titan again in the future, and will confidently give our recommendation to anyone looking for moving services. read more

Titan did a great job moving me. Although I didn't have a lot to move, Juan & Wayne worked diligently to safely move all my furniture & belongings into my new condo. They were both very friendly & hard-working. They took extra care to make sure nothing got broken and that there were no scratches on my walls/floors/furniture/etc. They made my moving experience much less stressful and did a great job. Titan Relocation was the best choice I made for my move. I had a living room full of furniture and boxes, a kitchen loaded with loose items, a garage filled with tubs, and tons of large items in the backyard. On moving day, Mike and Jorge called ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. They were on time, very professional, and respectful of all of my items. They came up with a great strategy for loading and unloading. I was amazed that they were able to fit everything into their truck. They did the job extremely fast and even listened to all of my dad's stories. I would highly recommend!!! read more

I strongly recommend Titan Relocation Services. From the beginning, Stan and Joel went above and beyond to make sure they understood the type of move. On the day of the move, Frank and his team were amazing. Very fast lots of attention to make sure everything was handled with care and very clean and efficient. Titan Relocation Services helped me move my personal items on time. I am glad I have chosen them. I got four quotes, and they were the most organized, easy to understand the price structure. If I need to move again, I will hire them again. read more

Great customer service. Great price. 2 guys came. The lead guy Alex was amazing. Hustler and stuck to his word. His buddy was terrible, took legs off my sofa that was not necessary, he lost the piece so we couldn't put leg back on, had to go to Home Depot to find a drill bit to fix it, they did ding up my fridge pretty bad, water connection is now slow, the assistant took apart a shelving unit that was attached to wall even though we told him it's staying. But the head guy kept his word and did his best to handle it. read more

I have used Titan Relocation Services twice. The first time I neglected to follow up with a favorable review as I got busy with my move. The first time I used them in March of this year, they were responsive and broke all the costs down for me. The crew let me know they were on their way, showed up on time, packed up and moved everything efficiently without damaging anything. They moved me to my new residence, unloaded everything and staged the furniture and boxes in their assigned rooms. The crew was friendly and polite. Now it's eight months later and needed to move for my job. I didn't hesitate to call Titan back as I was totally pleased with my first experience with them. I made a reservation several weeks in advance and re-confirmed a week out. On the day of the move I get a text from the crew that they're on their was and was a half hour early. They got their assignment and off they went. Wrapping, protecting and moving my furniture and boxes. This time I moved it all into a storage unit which they organized and put everything in its place and made it all fit. It was a long day to say the least, however the crew worked hard, worked together and kept a friendly, polite relationship with me and themselves. We'll done Titan. We may cross paths again! read more

Wanted to say THANK YOU! The movers were very friendly and professional. There isn't much more to say. There was no issues at all with anyone on the team. As soon as they got their they got to work. They worked non stop (minus the drive to the new place). Thank you again! Would 100% recommend. read more

Pablo and his partner did a tremendous job! Great price and VERY fast. Super pleased with how everything turned out! Will use again

These guys are unprofessional. We gave them over a week's notice about our move date. I and my spouse both arranged for two days off of work. Christmas Eve and 2 days before the move, these people tell us they double booked us and won't be able to help us. How ridiculous! We were paying a premium price for their service too. Glad that we were able to find another company. Whatever you arrange with these folks, make sure you get it in writing from them. read more

You have to use Titan Movers!! This was the only part of my moving process that I did not stress about. From getting a quote to filling out the easy application, Dawn & Joel we're efficient, knowledgeable & very pleasant to work with. My movers Adrian, Brian & Ramiro we're an awesome team! They got the job fast & efficiently...no goofing around or chit-chatting...just worked hard and we're good folks too. After Titan, I will NEVER move myself again. The workers came fully equipped with everything you could imagine and I didn't even have to ask them to do anything they just did it. When it came to the drop off location, they put my clothes back in the closet in the exact order in which they took them out. They were very clean, efficient and completed the job with no complaints. I don't Olán on moving any time soon, but when I do in calling Titan, you should too. read more

We had to move our home two times this summer and we used Titan Relocation both moves. They provided excellent service throughout the process - from the first call that was picked up by Dawn, to the estimate visit and all communication with Stan, to both teams of 4 men who helped move us. Their price was very competitive and their people totally professional and hard-working. I only have good things to say about all aspects of my experience with this company and I highly recommend Titan Relocation to anyone who wants a job well-done at a reasonable price. Thanks Stan and your entire team for helping my family complete two crazy moves in three months. You guys rock! read more

Chin and Romero were so professional when moving my things. They were really efficient with their time and even moved our gel purple mattress with ease! I couldn't believe it. That thing is so heavy and floppy but they wrapped it well and carried it up to our 3rd floor master bedroom with no problems at all. The team at Titan was very flexible and accommodating with my last minute move, working with me in the evening to move me the next day early in the AM. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family members. Thanks guys! read more
