When I started as the community manager of a small mobile home park, the sewer lines have always been a problem. Due to the age of the park (and sewer lines) I would have plumbing issues regularly. Almost three years later, I don't let any other plumber or company touch the properties sewer lines except the team at Titan. Whenever I call them (sometimes twice the same day), they always do their best to squeeze us in the soonest they can. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable and are always thorough in explaining the issue and the suggested solution. They have done everything from clearing clogged lines to repair sewage lines and even did a complete sewer line camera inspection for us. You pay for the service you receive! This business charges outrageous prices for little to no work! My sink was not fixed even after they came 2 days in a row. Over $400 for it to be exactly the same. I'd say that money went down the drain, but these people never fixed it sooo.... And the customer service is awful! The receptionists are so rude and go round and round in circles with no proper directions as to fixing my problem. This company might as well be called TITAN UPSELLING PLUMBING I'll explain why. Their lack of ethics is REPULSIVE My sink was backed up with murky water so first step was to snake it to clear. After a few attempts in the bathroom and from the roof, the tech was unsuccessful and said he needs the camera to see the problem ($200) shows up next day, uses the camera but still cannot see the problem since the water is still murky... Keep in mind the tech said that if he would have drained the line prior, the camera would be visible and given us clear picture of where the break is, Instead he runs the camera THROUGH the murky water and GUESSES that the line is broken to be able to justify breaking my floors and sink to get to the problem. My question is, if the tech said we could have waited a day for it to clear why couldn't we do that instead of charging me full price for a partial diagnostic when I could have gotten a FULL diagnostic had he drained the line before using the camera??? They want to go straight to digging with inconclusive hunches that something down there may be broken. I DO NOT WANT TO TEAR MY FLOORS AND MY WALLS AND BREAK MY SINK FOR A MAYBE (his plan) Very shady to be honest when I call the office to complain they straight up said that they didn't like my tone because I wasn't happy forking over $200 for inconclusive testing, again, HOW CAN ANYONE SEE WHATS BROKEN IF THEY CANNOT PHYSICALLY SEE THE BROKEN PIPE DUE TO MURKY WATER?? These guys were amazing! I live way out in the country, and they came out and repaired 5 problems caused by other plumbers in under 3 hours. They fixed a waste leak, repiped a long route under the house, replaced a float, fixed the fridge and garbage disposal leak and even installed a valve the other plumbers hadn't known was needed. It cost a little more to have them drive out, but they gave a fair price, crawled under the house and even went to the hardware store for items not clearly required in my original description. Thankfully when we contacted Titan Plumbing, they were able to come out the next evening to give a quote, and begin work the following day. I appreciate their great communication! Man! These guys are lifesavers! The flexable hose sprung a leak, squirting a fine mist on me. I've worked with them a few times, especially when they had a different name. So I called them around Noon. The lady said on the phone that their schedule was full for today, but they've been working fast, so there's a chance. If not, first thing in the morning. We have relied on Titan for a couple of years now. They're quick to arrive, priced fairly, and always courteous. The plumbing in our house is old and we can't afford to have it redone yet, so unfortunately we have recurring problems. The most recent visit is what finally brought me to leave a review. Our shower was leaking (which is something they repaired several months ago) so I gave them a call and they had a guy out within the hour. He came, looked it over, and resolved the issue quickly. Unrelated to the shower, our front door was hard to open and close. You had to pull hard to open it and push hard to shut it. So as he was leaving he asked, "you mind if I fix this?" and he quickly tightened some screws and fixed our front door! All this for FREE. AMAZING! Called around for quotes and Titan Plumbing not only, 1) had the best price! (And that was before they currently had a promotion going on, so even better!) But 2) they were the only ones who were eager to have someone come out that same day or work with your schedule!!! They showed up early, had face masks on and very polite! I will continue to use Titan for all my plumbing needs. They called and verified the appointment and called 10 minutes before arriving. Without any type of exaggeration, if I could give a negative rating for Titan Plumbing I would. Working with this company has been the worst experience I've ever had with ANY business. This business takes the cake on the most disrespectful customer service and dissatisfaction with work "performed". I can make this a lengthy review and go into detail on how they tried to up-sell us on services and charge us full price for something they didn't even do, but I'll do my best to keep it short and simple... STAY AWAY! The receptionist over the phone was upset that we were questioning the work that was "done"/not done and it was quite evident that they want their customers to be ignorant and not question them. She was so upset, she went ahead and charged my bank card (apparently saved on file from a previous invoice I had paid onlinw for) WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM ME and hung up on us! We called the company back and I asked her about the authorization, she said it was authorized by me "on-site" meaning I authorized it in person at the property. I wasn't even in Bakersfield, I've been in LA this whole week. After telling her that she continued to lie saying I authorized it verbally over the phone which is NOT true. She didn't even tell me the amount she was going to charge me, I am disputing it now with my bank. If you're reading this, SAVE YOUR MONEY & SAVE YOUR TIME and go somewhere else!
