Sweet, that was super easy. The first response I received back was from A1 services, saying "I am booked".. Well my inquiry was for a scheduled service, not an emergency. Was not too confident with them. The second response that I received was from Jason. Very professional response and he assured me that my issue was normal and he has seen it a few times. The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response. I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :) The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on. Toilet was set with no problems and it is now fully functional. Jason was a very nice and professional man to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone. Great response time and fair prices. He cut through stem walls and load bearing walls, did not install the air vents correctly and needlessly cut through sprinkler lines. He had different assistants each time he came who seemed incompetent. He did not install the shower vent lines correctly, nor the toilet flage and pipes. He now refuses to respond to telephone calls or texts. My only alternative now is to file a complaint with the CSLB. His endless mistakes have caused us a needless loss of time and more money to have his mistakes corrected by a knowledgeable and professional plumber.

I sent out a request for quotes to multiple handymen via Yelp and everyone either said they were booked or charged an excessive amount. Kevin replied back and said he could get it done that day or the next morning at a very reasonably, fair price. We originally hired Kevin for helping us mount our 50" TV in our bedroom as we did not have the right bit for the nails for our specific mount nor did we have a stud finder. We ended up last minute also asking if he can mount mirrors around the house. This is where he went above and beyond with the quality service, one of the mirrors my father had was manufactured to be mounted up horizontally and we wanted up vertically. At first, maybe I thought he was not able to do it because of the original manufactured bolts on the back of mirror, but he was quick to brainstorm that mini project and told me he can make that happen! He educated and showed me how he was able to do it, and even made sure to secure it (mirror is heavyweight). He also is licensed to do plumbing services! I waited two hours before I called the warranty company who informed me they were no longer taking my work order even though I confirmed 2 days prior. Although I called them several times that day and texted them, they never contacted me back. Not even a courtesy call or text saying they weren't coming out. Shame on them. Such poor customer service. Seems to be a pattern of the company from these reviews. Take your chances with this company- maybe they will show or maybe they will blow you off.
