Sweet, that was super easy. The first response I received back was from A1 services, saying "I am booked".. Well my inquiry was for a scheduled service, not an emergency. Was not too confident with them. The second response that I received was from Jason. Very professional response and he assured me that my issue was normal and he has seen it a few times. The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response. I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :) The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on. Toilet was set with no problems and it is now fully functional. Jason was a very nice and professional man to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone. Great response time and fair prices. Thank you Jason for the great work that you provided, I will be sure to recommend you to others. He gets his jobs through word of mouth and does not advertise. I am happy to have found him :)

I'm extremely happy my friend recommended this company. The owner Scott is extremely honest (I do…read moreknow a little bit about plumbing), responsive, and does high quality work. He's also nice and explains what he did in a manner easy to understand. I needed an outside faucet and the water main valve to my house replaced. Scott showed up when he said he would, and had the job done very quickly. His prices are very good as well. Amen Plumbing will be my plumber going forward.

My mother had a clogged line that needed to be cleaned out by a professional during a holiday weekend. I called around and my usual guys couldn't come out. Did find a capacitor that was failing and replaced. Charged for the part only. Used them again to replace the water pressure gauge on our home system. No charge this time as they had an older one on the truck and I told them it was fine to use it (only difference was it wasn't as shiny or expensive as brand new). HPS isn't the cheapest but they are absolutely reliable and the office staff and pros are friendly and professional!

They came out again and this time used a camera to go into the main pipe and found a larger issue (collapsed pipe). We were told it would be up to 72 hours for an estimate. It took over a week to just get an estimate, despite calling multiple times (this was an emergency issue, our pipe had collapsed and our bathrooms kept overflowing with sewage water). In the meantime, we decided to contact another company, Hometown Plumbing. They came to our house within 22 hours, provided an estimate on the spot, and returned Monday morning to complete major work and pipe replacement. Meanwhile, we just heard back from HPS TODAY, over 10 days after the initial issue, and their quote was $6,000 higher than what we paid Hometown Plumbing. We are glad we didn't wait around and found a superior company to get the job done.

And it wasn't even the right part for my toilet. He left to go to Home Depot to get a flush valve and returned with the wrong part. Now my toilet tank only fills halfway and the flush valve is adjusted as much as it can be so the water height will never be high enough for this toilet tank. He said he'll have to order the right part and left and I haven't seen or heard from him since. I would not recommend this business. Eliot didn't seem to know what he was doing nor what parts are what. Reply to Eliot - yes and all the wrong parts and problem unresolved.

If you want quality, professional, trustworthy, efficient home services, call up Kevin! He is the…read moreowner of this company. I sent out a request for quotes to multiple handymen via Yelp and everyone either said they were booked or charged an excessive amount. Kevin replied back and said he could get it done that day or the next morning at a very reasonably, fair price. We originally hired Kevin for helping us mount our 50" TV in our bedroom as we did not have the right bit for the nails for our specific mount nor did we have a stud finder. We ended up last minute also asking if he can mount mirrors around the house. This is where he went above and beyond with the quality service, one of the mirrors my father had was manufactured to be mounted up horizontally and we wanted up vertically. At first, maybe I thought he was not able to do it because of the original manufactured bolts on the back of mirror, but he was quick to brainstorm that mini project and told me he can make that happen! He educated and showed me how he was able to do it, and even made sure to secure it (mirror is heavyweight). He also is licensed to do plumbing services! He's an all -around handyman, and from now on our family will be using his services. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate you!

We were brand new, first time parents and didn't have time to worry about it. Fast forward, I called last Friday (06/12/2026) thinking, they fixed it once, maybe they can try to fix it again. They scheduled to come out Monday (06/15/2026) - thinking they were going to look at the issue and quote me. 45-minutes later, the job was done, I was told what was the issue and thought "maybe since they originally were the ones to fix it, they are doing me a favor" considering I was never quoted or told what was the issue until AFTER the job was done. Little to my knowledge, I was then told the job cost me $375 on the spot. A cartridge replacement for my shower nozzle ($20 on Amazon x 2 - I have two shower heads in my master bathroom) + $335 for "labor fees". HAHA MAN! They sure loved to see me coming. Never again will I use their services, but also ensure that I just want a quote before any job is done. Would not recommend or if you do, always get your quote first.
