Such poor customer service. Seems to be a pattern of the company from these reviews. Take your chances with this company- maybe they will show or maybe they will blow you off. Sweet, that was super easy. The first response I received back was from A1 services, saying "I am booked".. Well my inquiry was for a scheduled service, not an emergency. Was not too confident with them. The second response that I received was from Jason. Very professional response and he assured me that my issue was normal and he has seen it a few times. The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response. I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :) The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on.
