Our technician was Nate. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, works quickly, and answered my questions. Then today our sink was leaking and it was the garbage disposal that went bad. He replaced it so quickly!! I really like the fact that I had the same technician because sometimes that's stressful having strangers in your house. But this was stress free! Technicians who couldn't solve a simple faucet repair. The first guy showed up to diagnose the…read moreproblem and lost the small set screw cover on the faucet handle down the garbage disposal. Never told me and the disposal chewed it up later. The second guy came by with the correct part but couldn't get the old part out. He gave up and said I needed a new faucet. He also mistakenly turned off the feed to the dishwasher and failed to turn it back on. We didn't catch that until we ran a full dishwasher cycle and found out the unit ran with no water! This may have consequences down the road! The third guy came out with a small spring which had nothing to do with the repair(?!!!)I guess he didn't get the memo! By that time I just wanted my faucet installed. He Promised to return the next day. He left and never came back. There were two more appointments to replace the faucet. Both times they didn't show up. No communication at all as to the missed appointments. Unprofessional service to say the least. These guys were assigned to me by my Home Warranty service. They refunded my money on this service, and apologized for the inconvenience, but I question how well they vet their contractors. I will avoid Honest Plumbers for any plumbing service.

Informing them that I had been w/out hot water for a week (while waiting for the previously mentioned to finally show up), they promptly sent Isaac to my house after my call. Isaac did a very thorough inspection and told me the burner assembly and gas control valve were non-op and needed replacing but not the entire water heater system. Since I was expecting to replace the entire system, and told him such upon arrival, I appreciated the honesty and booked the job. The repair was promptly attended to, full explanations given, and also noticeable was the clean up upon finish. Senior Discount also applied.
