He had different assistants each time he came who seemed incompetent. He did not install the shower vent lines correctly, nor the toilet flage and pipes. He now refuses to respond to telephone calls or texts. My only alternative now is to file a complaint with the CSLB. They showed me what needed fixing and talked me through their process as well as educated me on how to resolve/prohibit smaller issues.
