Icon installed new plumbing from our house to the sewer line in 2020. We had a five year warranty with them. Well, last year we started having drainage issues. Another plumber ran a camera through the line and found that they had never properly connected the new line to the sewer - leaving a section of very old pipe that roots had gotten into. I reached out multiple times via email to see if they'd honor the warranty and no one ever responded. I tried their listed phone number as well, but it was disconnected. Kyle and his crew went above and beyond. They worked continuously, even though our temps were over 100 degrees. They worked very hard until they completed the whole house re-plumb. Stewart and I are so happy with their work. They communicated very well. Even when I might've ask crazy questions about the plumbing. :-) They gave us an estimate, and stuck to that price, even though they ran into a few issues. We highly recommend this crew. Icon came immediately when I called them about my leaky water heater. ABQ Plumbing had come out the day before, tried to sell me two new water heaters, circulating pumps, wanted to tear out the wall in my laundry room to replace pipes, wanted to tear out the wall in my bathroom and replace the pipes. I'm smarter than ABQ Plumbing and knew they were crooks. But, the ABQ guy fiddled with my water heater, causing a leak. I had water all over the garage. Icon came immediately, found the problem and fixed it. I had asked them if they had time to flush both water heaters while they were here, and they did. They also fixed the release valve so it was up to code. I so appreciate the help and quality work they did at my house. If I ever need plumbing again, I will call Icon. Thanks guys. read more

They were extremely professional, showed up on time, fixed the problem in a jiffy, and were friendly and courteous to boot! I'll be requesting them for all my plumbing needs from now on! read more

Absolutely ridiculous. A man from the company came to fix my boiler through the home warranty company. The invoice stated it was $75. However the company charged me $175 without my approval. When I called them they told me they would call me back in 30 minuets, but that never happened. I tried to reach them again, but no answer. I reported to my home warranty company as well as to BBB. Finally they called me and left a message that there was a mistake for my service fee but no apologize whatsoever, only said they going to send me check on my mailing address. He was a delight, he answered all my questions about how the warranty works with his company. He went well above and beyond to make sure the fix was done. He even ran to a local home improvement store to get more pipes. He explained what he was doing and kept us involved. I wish I could give my service from the first company to him!!! read more

On time as scheduled and the tech was friendly and professional. I was really worried I was going to spend a fortune on a plumbing issue on a home we recently purchased especially so close to Christmas time. If I could give them no stars I would. We used Icon plumbing through our home warranty. We had just bought our first home and the plumbing was backed up. The guy that came out opened the drain in our front yard pulled out what looked like a clump of hair and other nasty stuff. He then proceed to tell my husband and I that the line running from our house to the sewer was damaged from tree roots and it would be 2800 to replace and of course that's not covered by the home warranty. He did no other investigating other that sticking his hand down the drain to come up with this problem. He took our 65 and told us we would need to schedule asap if we wanted it done because they were busy and might not be able to fit us in. We called around to get different quotes and then my husband started digging to see if it really was the pipe going to the sewer that was old and damaged. We were happily surprised when we discovered there was nothing wrong with the pipe they wanted 2800 to replace!! The problem was a clogg and pipe damage coming from the house to the main drain. 60 bucks later and it was fixed!! I would hate for someone else to be taken advantage of by these sharks! For them to not even dig up the pipe to see if that was the problem and try to charge be 2800 is absurd! I will 100% make sure if we use our home warranty again for plumbing issues they aren't the ones that come out. BEWARE!! read more

Rude customer service lady refused to help out with problem that I had already paid icon plumbing to fix which they did poorly. Wanted me to pay service fee again. Avoid these people at all costs. No worth a you know what. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, save your money and hassle and go with a different plumbing company can't get any worse than these people. read more
