I purchased a watch at this location exactly 3 years ago. I have worn it on special occasions, the rest of the time it has stayed in its box. The watch stopped working so i brought it back to the store for a battery change and was told it is broken and needs to be serviced to the tune of 130$. Seems a little steep for a 3 year old watch. I was told to contact customer service directly to get the issue resolved. I have now been advised by customer service to ship the watch back at my own expense so they can evaluate the repairs. I am disappointed by the quality of the watch and the lackluster customer support that ensued. Based on that experience I would not recommend this store or the Tissot brand to anyone looking to buy a well crafted timepiece. read more

The experience in this place was amazing, I call over the phone to reserve a watch that i was looking for and they were kind enough to reserve one for me, the gentleman and lady working there have one of the best customer service I've experienced. I had left the city at the start of the Covid scare, and had a watch left with the store for repair. Few months after this I reached out to check in on the status of the watch - was still in repair. A bit after I recurved a call from Carlos at the store sharing that my watch was fixed and I was good to come in to pick it up. Communicating my current situation, Carlos quickly engaged his managers and shipped the watch to me in another state, sharing the shipping number as well. I can not recommend Tissot and this Tissot boutique enough. Even though Tissot watches are generally not in the price range of Rolex or Breitling, the boutique experience here is as good, if not better, than any timepiece boutique in the city. They have a cute lounge in the back with leather chairs, TV and bottled water. The customer service reminded me of sitting in a Mercedes dealership. I mistakenly went to a jeweler to take care of replacing a battery and they did a crap job. I brought it to Tissot and they replaced the battery, tightened up the band and all for free. For life! And the technician, Jonathon, was particularly knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Buy Tissot! read more

Whether these people are selling $1000+ watches or not, the sales staff's job description most certainly demands basic courtesy and customer service. When my partner and I walked in, we were greeted not w/ a warm welcome, but a sour grimace. Seriously. WTF? Since none of the available sales people offered their help, my partner went ahead and approached the middle aged lady to inquiry about a battery replacement for his Tissot watch. She was completely unfriendly and unhelpful, and another younger gentleman came over. He was at least courteous enough to say they don't do any repairs or replacements at the shop however they could have it sent to their repair facility. Of course, the next logical question would be what the fee is for this service. He didn't know and didn't offer to find out. Seems to me this should be basic knowledge for a sales person and if not, he should go and find the f*ck out... He didn't. So then, a 3rd sales person approached the scene and he at least had more knowledge about his business. Come to find out, it's about $150 to replace the battery. Again, WTF? This Tissot watch already cost a G, so the least these fools can do is replace the battery for a reasonable fee and w/o acting all salty like they have anything better to do... read more

I went to service an old very valuable watch. It was not repairable. They offered a new replacement for a fraction of the cost. I needed to keep the clasp as it has some engraving on it. The policy is to send the old watch as is. The customer support representative Tousif went out of his way to accomodate me and helped me keep the engraved clasp. She really took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for! I really didn't know much about watches so she explained the different types of movements and collections. An incredible experience Every now and then I like to reward my husband for being so amazing. Since he has a thing for luxury watches, I thought I would checkout some watches at this boutique. As soon as I entered the boutique, I was greeted by all staff members with warm pleasant smiles. One staff member informed me, if I needed her help she was here to assist me. The boutique is small and normally I feel out of place and uncomfortable at small boutiques, but I didn't get this feeling shopping at this boutique. I was very comfortable. I wasn't harassed to make a purchase by the sales associates. I was given space to make my decision on which watch I would like to select to purchase. When I was ready to make a purchase or to inquire about the watches, I approached the sales rep. and asked for her assistance. The sales rep (Tora) was extremely knowledgeable and highly informative concerning the watches displayed in their boutique. I will definitely be returning to this location. Very good experience. I honestly don't know where to start! My husband lost his limited edition numbered MotoGP watch from 2018. He was devastated, it was literally his favorite from his collection. I went on a mission to find another one. I called Tissot USA and they directed me to a dealer in NY, (I'm in OH). They stated they "may" have one incoming but to call the dealer to confirm. I called the number provided and was answered by Tousif. He was very kind and most importantly patient. I explained the situation and he started researching it a bit. I didn't have a model number, part number or anything, I could describe it and I had a picture but no detailed info. He was kind enough to give me his number to text the picture to, if it doesn't get any better, he was wearing the watch I called about!!! Through research and contacting Tissot himself, the next week I got the the text message that made my year!! They were getting it! He held it for me without a deposit and even helped with shipping it once it arrived. To top it all off, we found out we both had a passion for the motorcycle races, so when the the watch arrived, he included an autographed picture from one of the late racers!!! i usually dont buy expensive jewerly for myself, cause honestly its a waste if money, but i am a gamer, and wanted to try this watch shop ,so lets go. not the biggest place, but very simple display of assorted watches, with prices that are not rolex or piaget, but expensive enough to make you turn around and leave. i really was paying attention to the large against the wall tv screen showing all the celebrities that wear tissot watches. the salesperson lady was nice and attentive, but when i showed a slight notion that a purchase was no going to happen, she quickly lost that attentive service and seemed not interested in customer service. no watch in any display case , blew my dress up, i have worn seiko watches which were better looking and alot less expensive. this swiss company has been around a while, and i have a bunch of their swatch watches, which i do like. however when i left i did change my mind, and did like two watches which i would not mind wearing, but not this time. p.s got to check my closet for some old swatches, may be worth some bucks. read more
