They boast 700 tanks, what they don't tell you was 75% of them were empty or had the same fish in multiple tanks. No variety of plants. The place looked so well lit in the photos, but it was dark and dreary. When my Grandson wanted to know what kind of fish was in the large ponds with the Koi, the staff member rolled her eyes at me and she walked away without answering us. While they had some beautiful fish in some tanks. A lot of the tanks were covered in algae. And the fish food to feed the creatures in the 2 big ponds, looked liked Nutro max dog food.

I called ahead to arrange hay pick up, a dozen bales .I explained that I am exempt from wearing a mask and have the proper documents to prove it. I was assured that they would make it work .I drove an hour to then be treated horribly . The manager brought the hay into the parking lot and proceeded to dump it beside my truck and refuse to load it because I was not wearing a mask. I was 20 to 30 ft away from him. This is disgusting behavior and will not be tolerated.
