Do was as advertised on their website as $15 per dog with towels, shampoo and conditioner all included. The newly installed sprayer for the water was very poor in water volume, it the manager informed me before I purchased and she also told me that replacements had been ordered. The wash area while "open air" to the store, it is cordoned off with an ample space to work. There are two wash basins. The store does advertise that the dryers provided blow only room temperature air. I get it such that dogs aren't harmed by hot blowers but conversely they don't have enough air volume to really be effective. Bottom line I would give this 4/5 stars and I would return here for this service and pet supplies in general.

I always find Van Pets to be balanced and helpful, and they aren't always just trying to sell me the most expensive thing. It wasn't until today after a visit that I realized that every single time I've been in this store, I've left happy and wowed by the customer service. Aside from the catnip mats, FHPS also carries these very sturdy, adorable orca dog stuffies in two sizes. These make the most perfect gifts and have held up well to my dog's chomping and tossing. Totally unexpectedly, they also carry a vegan dog food I'd been wanting my pup to try and it wasn't unreasonably priced! Their pet food selection is extensive and high quality and they have rows of both dry and canned dog and cat foods. I also recommend their locally made dog treats up by the cash register. The lower level is where the live fish are, both fresh and salt water fish. I was there for fish and fish supplies, but from what I can see, they have something for every type of pet. I definitely recommend!
