However, the staff had become very pushy and hard sale recently, simply annoying and made my shopping experience unpleasant. Not only that, the most unforgivable thing was they triple charged my mom's credit due to the error of the credit card processing company they used. After overcharging my mom for $280, my mom immediately talked to them, the staff took her information and said she will liaise to management. After several weeks, no one from Korna or the credit card processing company contacted my mom to rectify this issue. I went in on behalf of my mom, the staff even said this was a known problem, as there were multiple clients at different locations of Korna who were affected. He took down the information again, and said it will be dealt with in a few days. Several weeks passed by again, absolutely nothing! I put in a horrible FB review, so that they know this is still an outstanding issue. Again, haven't heard a peep from Korna or the credit card processing company. Two frigging months passed by, I went in again. Another staff was trying to take down our information again and asked for a copy of the credit card bill for the third bloody time. That's when my husband got upset and raised his voice, saying how unacceptable and unprofessional this is. As he started raising his voice, the owner came over and talked to us. Of course he apologized profusely and indicated that he had been fighting with the credit card processing company for weeks. He pushed over to Fidelity Payment to deal with it, and thought it was resolved. My husband of course chewed his ear off, demanded them to resolve this problem the next business day. Thankfully with the owner on site, he finally contacted the designated staff from Fidelity Payment to deal with this issue, and after two frigging months, $280 was credited back to my mom's card. Even though their store is spacious and comfortable to shop at, and the variety of dehydrated treats and raw are very appealing, I just don't think my mom and I will ever step foot in Korna again after this super unpleasant experience.  Aside from an apology, the owner didn't even think of or bother to do something to win his clients back. It's a loss to them, not us! My mom and I have been loyal customers to them, and every previous purchase was over $100 just on treats! Well, I guess we'll have to buy from other pet stores!

She tried repeatedly to talk me out of buying the larger size bag of freeze dried nuggets to the point I was a tad offended and irked by it. She needs training. Customer wants to buy largest bag. And you tell her you should really get the smaller bag first if it's your first time. Just to see if she likes it. No I'm fine. If she doesn't I'll just donate it. But that one costs more if she doesn't like it you should start with the smaller bag. But if she likes it then I end up spending more and I'm relatively sure she will eat it. Okay but if she doesn't like it you can't return it. (Which I pointed out at checkout to another staff and she assured me she must be mistaken it's the freezer ones that aren't returnable) either way. She needs some training
