    This is getting absolutely ridiculous…read more The owner. Is mad. That she asked me to remove a review. Which. I tried but couldn't find the one she's referring to. And she doesn't answer me on where is it that she's seeing it. Months go by I've been in the store a few times. One time was right after the review I posted. And she clearly said returns are within 30 days. So I had gotten a bag of food and she had "2" pieces of the Stella. And guess what. When I tried to let her know for some reason that particular blend didn't work. Even though my dog eats almost the entire line of Stella. She now says she can't refund. Only store credit. And then tries to tell me that's always been their store policy. She made this up. Because the prior incident with a store staff was regarding refund back to payment type used but was little outside their 30 days... this owner literally makes up rules as she goes along And now? I was there few days ago. Bought up some stuff for my dog. Booked her for a dental cleaning done by 3rd party but it's done on location. They asked for name and info and phone number. I clearly told the girl that I don't take incoming calls the call block will auto reject calls and please text. She clearly wrote that down. And assured me she would not call. Come today's Saturday one day before cleaning there's a missed call. My phone never rang cuz it rejects it. And I googled. To find. It's global calling. The owner now tries to tell me they never email or text and can only call. But since I've had a bad experience with them IN THE PAST she wants to refund the dental cleaning deposit and told me she can re book me elsewhere. Wtf. Are you serious right now. She's got her panties so tied up over nothing. If I was mad at you. Would I of even came in to shop. I'm mad your policies were not clearly stated. I'm mad you changed the rules as you go. To suit what you wanted. Which is to not be able to return. Mind you. I had not abused the return policy. I have returned like "2" items in total. To this store. I buy $300+ at a time and have spent thousands here. So this targeted refusal to serve is really discrimination and nothing else. It's fine. Just give me back my deposit. I don't have to shop at your store. There's many many great stores out there. And they don't change their policies when it suits them. And they make exceptions and understand sometimes some things just happen and it's not like it's ever time we are missing the return window by few weeks. Clearly snobbish and won't last this company.

    Staff are always so nice and helpful here. Very knowledgeable about their products and they do a…read morelot of collabs with local businesses. Would like to have a website to look at what's offered there. If there is something you want but not in store, you can always ask the staff and they'll see if they can order it for you. A little bit confused about their relation to the global pet foods website because they told me they order from Anipet so not everything on the global pet foods website can be ordered. Nevertheless it never hurts to try to ask.
