She said her hair was too difficult to work with and that I should not bring her again unless I had her medicated with Gabapentin or Trazadone. Our puppy is 11 months old. She came out of this groomer not looking like a Havanese but like a Poodle. They charged me virtually a $100 for shaving her. I feel really offended and will not be returning.

Golden Ears does the show trim on our Kerry Blue Terrier - a very difficult groom - and they always do a fantastic job. We won't take our Kerry anywhere else to get him ready for a dog show! Along with full-service bathing and grooming, Golden Ears offers no-appointment-necessary nail clipping for a very low fee (I think it's $5). So if you have trouble keeping your dog's nails in check at home, stop in here for a quick fix. Price is incredibly reasonable for a service that takes two hours (show trim, which includes bath, blow out and highly skilled scissoring).
