This is the only pet store my doggos go crazy for! They are practically regulars and the staff know them by name lol. They go into the store, greet the staff and wait for treats when we check out . This store deserves recognition for excellent service. There has never been a day where I've gone here and not leave without a smile on my face. The staff are knowledgeable and do their best in giving advice for good dog food and other inquiries I drop on them every once in a while (most recently was the FDA dog food scare). Love this place! I had started off by buying food at pet smart then moved on to bosleys as they had food that you couldn't find in big chain stores. I had decided to go with Go! For my kitten and I could not find the Go! In kibble to accommodate it. Well after a days work of research I found out they had it. I went it and it was a pet owners dream. The employees greeted my friend and I and it was so welcoming and genuine. Automatically you see signs and directions to where you want to go. They have a rewards program: the buy 12 get 1 free. Which is on specific items. Which is great to be rewarded for feeding your animals or buying them goodies LOL love it! Automatically I went to the cat area and I found out that they also carry raw diet food and which is the best thing you can feed your animal and as well as freeze dried food! Which is hard to find and the second bests things you can feed your animals if you can afford it as well. (I have found after doing a months worth of research and taking to vets). It was paradise I went into the dog area to also find that they have a lot of natural treats and the same kind of raw and freeze dried diets that they had for cats. As well as a whole bunch of brands that I have been heard of but never seen as they are only sold on specific stores in the lower mainland. They have a lot of food products that are natural and made in CANADA which makes me feel great to know that it was made here and the ingredients are from here. Something I also liked what that they sold the can food I wanted like they did at my previous store but also sold in in a pack the only difference is that it's all sealed and you don't have to worry about buying them individually if you want more than 7 you can just buy a pack. So it's great that they cater to those who either want to buy singles or a pack like me and you only save $2 which is better than nothing. I also noticed a whole wall full of a variety of dog toys oh man If I got that excited I want to know how my puppy's going to feel when I take him in. They also have a washing area which is great for people who don't have the space, supplies or just want to bath their dog elsewhere than home. At least I know I do, I bet I'm not the only one that ends up super wet, having to hold my animal down while shampooing or rinsing. It saved on time, mess and hassle of your animal not fitting or being able to bath at your home. The only downside is that I know bosleys does a: wash your dog a number of times and the blank time is free. Its $10 for a wash and you can take you time. As for this store you pay $5 and you have water for 10 minutes. Just like bosleys they give you the shampoo but in this store they give you hair clippers and other supplies to groom as well. If you have a large dog they also have a ramp. A dog bathing area is better than no bathing area! The place is great! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, animal friendly-of course, clean, well organized, they have a rewards program, easy to get around and a pet and owners paradise. I would recommend this store to anyone! If you are looking for something and pet smart doesn't have it I recommend coming here to check it out. This is my to go to store I will be back. read more

This pet store is really out of the way for me but I stopped in one day when I happened to be in the area and needed supplies for my small menagerie. I wish I lived closer! The prices are very good - everything I bought was several dollars cheaper here than any of my other regular pet stores. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store itself is huge. Excellent selection, they had every single item I needed which is usually kind of a hit or miss when I go to other pet stores. I'll definitely come back here next time I am in Surrey. read more

They have a good selection of basic brand name pet supplies but they lack in their selection of organic treats and locally made items (dog beds etc). The prices are comparable to most large pet stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If a product isn't available they are willing to order it. read more

Have shopped here for many years! They always have what I need in stock for my cats and dog. They have really good food brand selection which made switching foods easier when allergies were an issue. Also, so many toys and treats to choose from! Our dog loves coming here, always get treats when she comes in and the staff always treat her good:) Will continue to be a loyal customer. read more

I recently got a puppy and and trying to find a good go-to pet store in Surrey. I tried Pet Food and more today. It is a fairly large pet store. Had lots of good quality dog food brands at reasonable prices. Very helpful and friendly staff. Big selection of pet supplies for all kinds of pets. I will return :) read more

Very Knowledgable staff but.. they have multiple ripped bags. they have bags that are missing almost a quarter and discount it 15%-20%... I just find some parts of this store is a little trashy and they need to change their product standards. read more

I could Go Other places BUT the staff here is fantastic. I have 1 dog with assortment of allergies. The staff is knowledgeable and Helpful. I can find almost everything I am looking for. Plus they carry Giant bags out to my truck / car for me. Carries Canadian made ( not canadian packaged) Dog food. read more
