It was astounding the difference I felt in the stores immediately after this happened. I only found out a short time after through social media that there was this change and most people commenting about it were not impressed. I shopped there for the service, selection and home feeling each store had but the vibe is not the same anymore. It feels like a company only concerned about making the most money possible, but they are failing at it because they have lost me as a customer and I know I am not the only one. Why would you change anything about a company that is successful? They got rid of the food that I always bought for my puppy and have increased the prices of everything else! I used to spend hundreds of dollars a month there too.. Such a shame. I refuse to support them as they sell animals and I welcome all of my friends and everyone else reading this to do the same. After a couple of days of my dog scratching himself raw, I took him to the vet. She told me that he most likely was allergic to the shampoo. I bought shampoo from the vet and took him back, and complained about the cheap shampoo she uses. She washed my dog again and charged again. When I told my wife she got livid and called me a dork.
