My cousin requested just a tire change but after the tire change the window shattered and they DID NOT want to compensate.

I've been a loyal customer of this shop for years, always going there for oil changes. Recently, though, my car started making strange sounds, and after taking it to another mechanic, I found out I didn't have any oil in the engine! It turns out they left out the oil filter rod during my last oil change, which led to serious engine damage. I'm beyond frustrated. Not only did they fail to do the job properly, but now my engine is ruined. It's clear to me that their mechanics either aren't skilled or there's a lack of proper supervision. This experience has completely shattered my trust in this shop. Stay away if you care about your vehicle. I won't be returning. read more

Three hours in shop for a flat tire and put spare back up under my truck! Put wrong tire as spare and did not put back up my spare but still charged me 20$ to due it done with this shop for good continue to get worse every time! read more

I've had nothing but problems with service, quality and value since the change in ownership several years ago. After Matt's departure (the former owner) everything went down hill in a bad direction. The people in charge seemingly look for ways to take advantage of people and create issues in order to charge more money. This is probably why all good reviews were posted several years ago. Specifically, have been Extremely disappointed in the last four interactions over the last two years. So much so, I've taken my business to dealerships to avoid the hassle of the inconveniences caused by their shoddy work and bogus "road hazard warranty". One can find better service, prices and trustworthiness going almost anywhere else. I do not recommend using this company for tires, service or anything else they may offer. read more

If your a female, make sure you bring a male with you because they will take advantage of you and rip you off. I needed my oil changed and when I went to leave my battery conveniently died. They then charged me $275 for a battery which my dad told me was way overpriced. They are very nice guys but I know the took advantage of me and will not be returning. read more

Employees were friendly, professional, and service was quick. I had a flat that a plug wasn't able to fix. Dropped off the tire in the middle of my workday and got a call within 30 minutes that it was ready to go. read more

We have received good reports from my father-in-law and decided to give them a try since Sears was really charging us big time. The front desk staff was very polite and contacted us promptly to give us updates on our bill. They were decently priced and their bill was easy to read. I will be taking our cars there from here on in. Be sure to call ahead and make an appointment, walk-ins don't have much luck. read more

Got two back tires one day, sent my wife the next day for the front two and an oil change, as I work midnights. She came back told me the bill was over a $100 more. Said they needed to change an air filter and cabin filter. So for 2 paper filters and an oil change I was charged over a $100 extra. When I called to talk to the owner, he said "That's what we do" and thought it was all about money and not integrity. Keep the extra $100 and sleep well at night knowing you run a rip-off shop. Was charged 40$ to remove one tire and told we cannot swap your tires. Second time was charged 20$ to try and lie and say they could not do my alignment saying I needed a lot of work. Came back in a week after they did the alignment poorly, and forgot to swap my tires. Then tried overpricing a mount and balance to makeup for them not swapping my tires. Do not go to this place. They openly forgot they claimed I needed a bunch of work for an alignment did it and then said I needed other parts. Save yourself time and stress. read more
