My mother, a 75 yr old woman went there with a flat passenger's side tire. After pointing this out to the staff they somehow managed to hoodwink her into replacing the drivers side tire that, admittedly wasn't in the best shape, it was however a tire still in operational condition and NOT in the shape of the passengers side tire that, mind you, had a 4 inch gash torn into it. So, brilliant as these guys were, they sent her home with a new tire (they charged her $105) on the driver's side and a TOTALLY FLAT tire on the passengers side. They managed to somehow charge her $105 to replace a working tire and yet left the OBVIOUSLY flat tire as is. Now, when I called them I asked politely what time they would be open as I had this issue which I wanted to discuss in person. To which they said, "five o'clock". So imagine my absolute disgust over this matter when at 4:35 I arrived just to have them lock the door from the inside as I was aapproaching from the outside. So, at this point I'm left ONLY to assume that they knew they took advantage of a senior citizen and had no intention to be correct this issue. And, here I am after having lost about $300 in wages from not being able to work for the last two days (I am a delivery driver) still trying to contact Uneeda Tire and still no one is answering my calls at Uneeda Tire. I did some research and found that this mechanic shop had great reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning once they opened to figure out what was going on with my van. The Tow truck driver showed up at the hotel to tow my car 15 minutes before the shop opened and advised me that they are always super busy and there is nowhere to even park. He advised that I call first to check and see if they can even get me in. He was nice enough to wait until 8 AM ones they opened and I contacted them and explained my situation. The gentleman was really friendly and welcoming and said that he can "squeeze me in" in between appointments to help me out and get me back on the road. The van was towed to the shop where it was diagnosed. gentleman then explained everything to me that was going on and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. I agreed to do the repair and he ordered the parts fixed the van and I was back on the road within one hour. it couldn't have been a smooth transaction and these guys are down to earth and very good at what they do.

We had just installed brand new 75,000 mile tires at Costco (less than 5,000 miles on them) but maybe because she is a woman she might not know any better? The treads on the tire are perfect and brand new in appearance. She was upset when she came home and we both are disappointed because if she did not know any better and the tires were not brand spanking new she could have been tricked which to us is not far off from stealing from somebody. I could see if the tires were somewhat worn as it can become a judgment call but this was blatantly dishonest. I hope it was just a misjudgment of some sort and prefer to give the benefit of the doubt but caveat emptor. We will not go back because it kind of makes you wonder if they are not honest in one area will they be honest in others?
