Recommend unequivocally…read more Came to town for work / family visit, all the way from NYC, which took about 8 hours, some of which was in the rain through a fair amount of road work. As we got closer to the area, I started to feel what I can only describe as a shift in the front wheels when I hit a bump and occasionally when I made a turn. I had also heard a clicking sound maybe 6 or 7 times in over the last week or so when making a left turn. Since we have to head back soon, I wanted to make sure that our car would be safe to drive home. I'm no mechanic, so I started fearing the worst and thinking I'd need a very expensive repair. I called Whetzel because the reviews were so good. I made the call about 15 minutes before closing and Warren told me to bring the car in the next morning when they open at 8am so that he could order any needed parts and get us safely on the road the following day. He got the car up on the lift and found that it was a fairly simple repair (loose bolt). He did a wheel alignment and rotated the tires and I was on my way in about an hour. Could not be more grateful to Warren and the fine folks at Whetzel who fit my car into a busy schedule and made sure it would be safe to make the long drive home. When you're a car owner, it's important to have a trusted mechanic. Having something happen while on the road is scary because you take a risk taking your car to a mechanic you don't know.
