Another $50.00, which took my total repair cost to almost $500.00. The office manager said they will repair the problem for no labor charges, just $50.00 for the new caliper. I was not good in math when I went To WGH High school, but $399.00 to almost @$500.00 for the entire repair cost was much more than I was told. This is where they get you as a customer. I had bought the converter and two Oxygen sensors about 7 years ago, after talking with the auto shop manager at TCTC, who said he would put me on the list. I had called several times, only to get excuses. I talked to the folks at Rick's Lifetime Muffler, and they told me that they would be glad to do it. I made the appointment, and they installed it, only to find out that I should have bought four oxygen sensors. It was my mistake, so I ordered the other two sensors, and they installed them for me without charging me for my mistake. While I was there, there were many customers who were repeat customers, some who came from out of state, who used to live in the area. This is a family run business ho the customers love, and I can see why.
