But then again it's what is expected. Gino our service person was giving us a play by play of what was going on and needed done. He had personality and charisma, and his knowledge helped us with our tire selection. He also noticed I had a brake light out. Good thing the didn't notice I didn't want to from the police. (Since we got here at 3:30, only two cars have gone inside for tires.) I went into the shop to let the cashier know that a black car cut in line in front of five others who had been waiting for hours. He shrugged and said he knew; they (supposedly) had been waiting inside (which makes absolutely no sense). There is no organization; people can cut without repercussions, and staff couldn't care less. I will never, ever be back. Update at 5:44 pm: the young man who just came to talk to me was super nice! I need to mention him because he is an awesome employee who looks no older than 20. He is trying to take care of me, and I appreciate HIM immensely (not the rest of this experience).

(Or you really need to get out more - in which case you are on Yelp put it to use my friend.) That being said i have to say Valvoline makes it so easy to get an Oil Change. I pulled right in at 11:40 on a Friday. I lucked out with NO line, NO wait and the guys were super friendly. If you have never been to a Valvoline you have a team working on your vehicle. They check your lights, your air pressure, etc and of course change your oil. One attendant will be at your window asking questions, updating info and going over their suggestions with you. All in all you really can be in and out in 15 minutes or very close to it. They keep the two bay shop very clean and there is limited "garage smell" even with your window down. I personally do not mind having to stop in and get an oil change with these guys. It's fairly painless and I can sit Valvoline!

I had full service with oil change, radiator fluid replacement, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, automatic transmission fluid replacement, and they checked my AC and lights. They didn't try to rip me off or tell me I needed something that I didn't need or want. They even showed me the condition of the filters and let me know that one didnt need replaced yet. I do not know much about cars....and as a female I have been ripped off quite a bit....especially by dealerships. The cost was no where near as expensive as the dealerships or other mechanic type shops. I am quit satisfied. I will be back for sure.
