My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

Got in my vehicle to drive home. had to have my steering wheel turned like I was making a left hand turn to go straight. Had other mechanics look at it only to find out nothing is wrong with my vehicle. took it to another local place to get an alignment to be told again nothing is wrong with my vehicle they just messed with it and did not do an alignment. I will never go back and will make sure anyone I know never goes as well.

He explained he had to get parts and that it may be the next day before they could get it fixed. The next morning Matt had called me to tell me that the truck was finished. Run away - Bought a certified pre-owed vehicle that was "checked" and good to go. Drove it down the…read moreroad and notice noises from the brakes. I notified the dealership and was told that it may be due to the car sitting, and told drive it and see if it continues. Well it did, so I called and took it in. They find out that it has a caliber hung up. They tell me the caliber is covered but nothing more. After arguing they decide to eat the cost. When I get the car back I realize that they replaced pads on one side but not the other. Brakes should not be done this way. This is laziness and a lack of craftsmanship. When ask they say this is how they normally would do a fix like this and that the other side pads and rotor were fine. What a joke. My best advice is to stay away. Unless you are the type that likes it without. Update: Had to go back again. Vehicle is under 3,000 miles since the first visit and they charged me for the repair on parts they told me had 3/4 life. Showed them their OWN inspection sheet for this. They must have lied on it.
