I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I received at your Doral location today. Earlier in the day, I called the store to request a price for a battery and was given the exact price listed on your website. However, upon arriving at the store, I was informed that the cost would be $100 higher than both the online price and the price I was quoted over the phone. It was only after I indicated that I would leave that I was told a "rebate" would be applied to match the original price. After the installation, I asked about the battery warranty. The response I received was that I needed to obtain it from the website. When I asked how to do that, the employee replied, in a noticeably rude manner, "I don't know." This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, it reinforces the negative reputation this location already has within the Doral community. Many residents do not recommend this store due to inconsistent pricing and poor customer service. I now question whether the prices provided to customers are accurate or intentionally misleading. The only reason I visited this location today was because my vehicle was unable to travel farther. I hope this feedback helps address the issues at this store, as experiences like this reflect poorly on the Tires Plus brand. read more

I was unfortunate enough to have a malfunctioning engine three weeks ago. I had been partying in SoBe and when it was time to get to work at 7 am, my engine started bucking. Not knowing anything about cars and needing to be at work in 3 hours I slowly drove to my job in Doral. By the time I reached Doral, it was clear my car wouldn't keep going. So seeing the available car repair shops in the area, I chose Tires Plus, and what I choice I made! I had the good fortune of working with Raul, he knew about my situation and gave me first class treatment. He laid down the possible solutions quickly and offered me a affordable payment plan. We ironed out the deal, by this time my car would have to be in the shop for the majority of the day. At which point Raul was kind enough to drive me to my job and even offered to resolve the late arrival with my boss! I got my car back like new later on that day, it ran like I first got it, and I couldn't be anymore proud of my decision. By the way this was on a Sunday, God bless you Tires Plus! read more

I am a regular customer to this location and have always been pleased with the attention and work done on my cars. I don't understand why the bad reviews. I always get a detailed estimate of the work. The price is always better than the dealer price for the same work. An independent shop may charge less but beware, the tech may not be licensed for the work done and try claiming any warranty if the repairs fail. Here I know that work is done right, the thech is licensed, and if there is a problem, they respond. read more

Very quick to assess problems. I had to take my car somewhere nearby in order to fix a flat tire. Came in with no appointment and I was positively surprised at how they took care of our issue in no time. The manager (I believe his name is Pedro Jimenez), sat down with me to discuss the issue. He then took the time to take a look at the other tires and was very honest and informative about their status. I will come back again! read more
