Please stay away and this is my opinion. I took my car in for diagnosing to check my front-end suspension to make sure nothing was loose since; there was couple of noises every time I went over bumps. They called me after couple of hours saying everything looked good on the suspension side. Now tell me why just after picking the car up and hitting the highway the car begins to smoke under the hood on the highway. Pulled over and engine oil everywhere in my engine from the oil cap area. Oil leaked on the frame, alternator, exhaust and even on the side of the road I pulled over at. It was right at 6pm so nobody picked the office line when I called back. So, I called corporate office just to get my car towed to them and the agent I talked to pretty much told me. I had to pay out of pocket or go through my insurance to get car towed to them because they don't offer that service. and since I don't have tow package on my insurance and didn't have money to tow to them, my car was going to sit where it was. that agent was very rude and tried to talk down on me. They almost ruin my engine...please stay away!! read more

We had a tire blow out while coming home from vacation and these guys were fantastic! Even though the shop was busy they had our tire replaced and mounted within 45 minutes. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm so glad they were so accomidating. read more

They lied to me, and sold me a tire I didn't need. I suggest you go to a different tire store and different chain altogether. I had a flat tire that should have been repaired, but instead I was lied to and told my tire was unrepairable merely because I used Fix-a-Flat in the tire. There was only a small hole on the tread, however, since I used Fix-a-Flat, they told me that it makes tires unrepairable. I contacted Fix-a-Flat directly, and they said that the tire just needs to be washed out with soap and water, at most, and dried with a clean cloth. I even showed the people working at the store that same information on the Fix-a-Flat website, but they "double-downed" and said Fix-a-Flat makes tires fall apart after a few months...that no one will fix tires once someone uses Fix-a-Flat in them. And given that my tire was repairable, they basically stole my tire, which they were then free to fix & sell as used. So...beware, and go elsewhere. read more

Have no concerns when you car is serviced. Juan does a masterful job overseeing this fine establishment. I've been doing business off and on here since relocating years ago. Take your car nowhere else. Prices are extremely affordable.Work is TOP NOTCH. Professionalism unparalleled.Just wished it was a lot closer in proximity to where I live. I see others complaining about wait times. Appointments are encouraged and offered. Bear in mind that without appointments it's first come,first served.Be thoughtful before posting bad review. Could be short-staffed due to lunch,getting sick at work,on vacation,or may have a family emergency and had to leave work. Also during your wait it might not appear to be a busy waiting room due to fact local customers often leave after dropping off their car for service. read more

We love Jeff! My sister and I were on a road trip and our enterprise rental car check tire light kept coming on. We called tires plus after calling Firestone and mr. tire who didn't have time to check our tire. Jeff said come on in and he checked our tire and reset the tire censor. Thank you Jeff for help us when we really needed help!! Now we are back on the road felling safe. read more

Jeff took great care of us today in an emergency situation. We were so grateful for the very good care we received from Jeff and his crew. We drove from PA to meet our daughters and grandson for a reunion with their 92 year-old grandmother. Our younger daughter had just flown from Charleston, SC and we don't often all get together. When we all arrived at our destination, we saw that our daughter had driven everyone from Baltimore on very worn tires. We called and they said they had the tires for her car and would be able to work on it right away. When my husband drove the car to the shop, he was aware that something else was wrong with the vehicle. When Jeff took off the tires he saw that there indeed was a problem with the control arms. Jeff was able to get the parts and even though it was getting late in the afternoon, he was able to finish the job for us so that the girls and our grandson could drive safely back to Baltimore. We all were able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the job was well done and test driven before we took it off the lot. Thank you Jeff and your exceptional crew read more

Went in on this rainy day January 1st 2021. Had four tires placed on my 2019 truck along with an alignment. I observed two customers before me. Both customers had there vehicles pulled up front and double parked in front of the exit door. Both customers were white. When my time approached, I checked out at the front desk, signed papers and was given my key. My vehicle was parked towards the back of the lot, which is a great distance from the entry/exit door. Every employee at this location was white. I am a black male who was friendly and courteous to all at this location. My advice to any and all black customers is to avoid this location if you do not want to experience what I experienced today. Should have spent my dollar somewhere else. read more

I had to run some errands today and had to request a duplicate receipt for something I had purchased at Tires Plus and informed the man at the front desk that I had been involved in a hit and run accident and would have to switch from one car to another to continue to take advantage of the lifetime alignment service I had signed up for. I was quickly told that I could not do that that it was not transferable. I couldn't believe what I was hearing here I paid for something didn't even get the opportunity to use it and because some idiot hit my car and I had to purchase another one Tires Plus basically told me I was screwed. He told me to call the corporate office and they had some moron from the Washington D.C. area call me who was completely rude and abusive and was no help at all. He kept over talking me and said that there isn't anything they provide to their customers to inform them of the policy other than relying on the employees to tell the customers that the plan is not transferable from one car to another. What a total jerk and an idiot this guy was representing the corporate side of Tires Plus. A complete joke. I called the corporate offices back and they said they would escalate the issue to another area and have someone call me back with 48 hours. I see it like this, if Tires Plus would have told me that the plan was not transferable I simply would have never purchased it. It's as simple as that. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with their behavior and they obviously don't give a sh** about their customers. Who would continue to go back after something like this. The first time I went here, spring '21, I was satisfied with the business. Today's experience made me decide not to return and to write this review. The woman at the counter (Amanda) was Rude. For everything I said, her response was spoken with "attitude". She acted like I was arguing with her. I made simple statements about the items I wanted taken care of on my car. Her quote seemed high (compared to my spring visit for the same service), but I let it roll. When I got home I read the invoice and discovered she had charged me for a "Road Hazard Warranty". This Wasn't Offered, it was just added - without my knowledge or request. (Although it explained why the quote was higher than I expected.) When I telephoned to ask her why she had charged me rather than Offer me the warranty, she said it was a "standard charge". She stated that they would refund the amount to me if I came back in. I told her I would prefer to be informed of the charge, prior to it's placement on my bill, next time. She reiterated that they could refund me if I came back into the shop. I won't go back. Amanda also tried to sell me a new battery for $189, an air filter and new wiper blades (I replaced those myself this summer!!). It's a corporation that is eager to build sales - not a loyal client base. read more

Fast and straight forward. No BS here! Last minute tires on a Sunday. I couldn't get my car here because of 2 flat tires. I could only bring 2 at a time with only 1 jack and 1 safety stand, so the manager wrote 1 ticket up and after some sweat and blood, my wife's car was back in action. read more

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting waiting for an oil change for over 95 minutes now. I'm an Active duty military member and I had no time during the week so I traveled from VA while visiting my in laws, I made an appointment ahead of time for 10am arrived 15 early and yet is 11:40am and I'm still waiting for my car!!! When asking the front desk I was told the appointment just reserves a spot doesn't mean u will get service at that time, then why making an appointment??? I could of come earlier and possible be out, there was a few customers who arrived after I did and left before me, what's the matter with that!?Mind you I have two little ones at home waiting to be taken to an important event as this is our only vehicle, I would not recommend this place after my experience. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was the most honest place I'd ever been to. I'd been here before for tires and brakes but never for auto work. My son's car check engine light came on and coded as "emissions" and it was driving really rough (poor cars been through a lot). I took it in, told them what I thought was wrong and left the keys. Next day got a call and nothing I thought was wrong, just a few adjustments and emissions was just a loose piece on the gas tank lid. Didn't fix what didn't need fixing, though they could have told us anything with the check engine light on and with that rough ride but was honest, prompt and even gave pointers to save us a few bucks on something he'll need in the future. Chris was awesome to work with and I am so happy to find an honest auto repair place close! Recommended!! read more

I made an appt and dropped my car off early in the morning. I drove by later and saw my car being worked on at 1pm. They called me at 5pm to let me know it was ready. I was not close to the store so I could not get a ride out until the next day. They advertise that if your tires are not done in an hour or less that they will refund you $59 and give you a free oil change. So when I went to pick up my car and kindly explained to them that it took more than an hour so I would appreciate it if they honored their promise. The store manager was very rude and explained that because I didn't wait in the store that I was not entitled to that. I had gotten tires here before and when it took more than an hour they honored their policy and gave me the refund without me waiting in the lobby. Nowhere in their advertisement does it say you have to wait in the lobby. He proceeds to be rude and tell me that I was put "on the back burner" because I was not in the lobby waiting and that I didn't even come to pick up the car until the next day. If they had finished my car sooner I would have gotten in the same day. I called their customer service number when I got home and was told I would receive a call within 24-78 hours. I requested to speak with a distract or regional manager since the store manager was so rude. I called every day for 2 weeks waiting for someone to call me to discuss this. I even posted on their facebook page and emailed them about this issue. It took a month for someone to call me. He never apologized to me but did tell me they would honor the refund if I went to the store. So I went back to the store and the manager was already gone for the day and they could not give me my refund. I have never had such poor customer service. It seems as if they were ignoring my calls hoping I would just give up. I was so disappointed since I had such great service previously. I will never take any of my cars here again. read more
