Neo was amazing! He stayed late after closing to make sure our brakes were on properly and drove the car quick to ensure they were working correctly. I can't say enough great things about this location. My tire pressure kept going lower and lower. I didn't see anything wrong. I stopped by Tires Plus and the manager, Seth, was amazing. He found the issue: a very large nail in my tire. He was able to fix this on the spot in a timely manner. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgable. Do NOT shop here. The manager of this store doesnt care for customer privacy and will give your private information to anyone who asks for it. When asked why he gave out my private info, he became irate and hung up on me. I will NEVER visit this shop ever again. Absolutely unethical business practice. Called them at 5:45 and they were technically closed for a staff meeting but the manager answered the phone any way. I was in a bit of desperate situation after having a blow out on the freeway. I was hour away having to avoid the freeway with the donut spare. He said he'd wait and they did. They fixed my tire on the spot so I wouldn't have to come back the next day and even gave me a discount on the tire! Very considerate, above and beyond good service when I really needed it. Have helped my Mazda 3 run great through the years. Despite how busy they typically are the people at the front desk and who work on the vehicles are very kind and willing to explain to customers what is actually going on in an understandable manner. Dropped my truck off for an alignment. Was told when I made the appointment it would be 1 hour. I didn't get to pick my truck up for 5 hours and 45 minutes. they didn't even touch my truck for at least 4 hours and 45 minutes. When I picked my truck up they hadn't even adjusted camber, the main reason I took my truck to the was to have my camber adjusted. If you ever need something done in a timely manner you will have to sit there and wait to make sure they don't skip your vehicle. Because apparently if you drop it off they will work on it whenever. I should have known that they can only do tires. read more

Experience with store and staff was efficient and very helpful. Had a flat tire and arrived to store basically unscheduled and get several options for repair/replacement despite the store being already very busy. Seth worked with me and helped make a bad day much better. Much better help than our auto dealership! Will go there next time any planned or in-planned tire needs. read more

I went to three different locations to try to get my one tire fixed. It has a nail in and I purchased road hazards option. But every location told me they are "busy" even though each location had one car and one location had two cars. Furthermore I was there 6:00 P.M and hey don't close until 8. So either they are lazy, they don't care about business or they have a service that is awful! I say all three. read more

Ray was so very helpful today! We dropped our car off to get 4 tires put on and from the minute Ray unlocked the front door, he was beyond slammed/busy. Although he had numerous customers lined up at his desk in a matter of minutes of opening the store, he always seemed to maintain his calmness. The phone was ringing off the hook on top of it. Visited Tires Plus on a Wednesday night around 6PM as my car needed a new battery. Since they carry the best batteries out there (Interstate), I have purchased from this location before. Was quoted $200 installed for the type of battery my car requires. Signed off on the work, but when it was finished, my bill was $80 less than the quote. Turns out another (less expensive) battery worked, and they went ahead with that battery vs. the more expensive model they had quoted. Clearly, they could have gone with the more expensive model and not told me a cheaper one would've worked out fine. The point is: I felt like they treated me the way they'd expect to be treated, which is saying a lot in that industry. The fact that I wasn't taken for a ride (no pun intended) was huge to me, and I will be going back there in the future. read more

I had two front tires replaced in november of 2019, and 6 months later i start to hear loud road noise coming from the front driver side, i took my vehicle in for inspection and i was told that my tires were bad and needed to be replaced. I asked them and confirmed that these tires were still under warranty however they refused to honor the warranty and just tried to push me to buy new tires at a discounted rate. Needless to say i will not longer be doing business that offers such terrible product and useless warranties. Discount tire has much better service and products!!! read more

He then called back and mentioned they had a cancellation and if I wanted, I could come in earlier and they would service it while I wait. Erik and Ben had me in and out in a jiffy. Ladies Watch out!!! Well I have two situations that I can tell you about. My girlfriend took her car in to have a tail light replaced, she was told that it would cost $30 and that it would take a half an hour. The guy who told her this ignored her while it went past an hour and when she went up and asked about the progress he acted surprised and said oh I'll go check on it and found out that they "didn't even know if they could fix it and that she probably had to take it to a dealership."Total incompetence and disrespect for the customer. The second situation was her son's car tire had a bump on it and what she shared with the same gentleman was that he's going away to college, we're getting rid of this car, we're only going to have this for two weeks and I doubt he's even going to drive it much. The same guy totally pulled a guilt trip on her showed her how bald the tires were and basically gave her a guilt trip to the point where she left $400 later with three brand-new tires. This is definitely a situation of the male absolutely acting unethically and taking advantage of a mothers emotion. When I hear this after the fact it just infuriates me that there's people out there still today that will do anything to get a sale and and even try to put on an act like they're watching out for the customer something when it's the farthest thing from the truth. read more

I appreciate that Tires Plus accommodated my hectic schedule and fit me in near closing time, but I had a very bad experience. The customer service appeared friendly and kind, but they lacked the initiative or integrity to inform me that the tire to be removed was in great condition. Luckily, I butted in and had them note that the tires removed were to be placed in my car. I was still somehow charged the tire disposal fee. I will be further discussing with Tires Plus tomorrow to situate that hiccup...if only that was the minimum of issues involved. Immediately upon leaving, I had all vehicle electronics off so I could listen for any unusual noises (a habit that I find imperative). I heard a "whirring" noise. I had only heard that noise a year prior when I had a broken wheel bearing. I also checked my alignment and it appeared worse than before (either not performed or incorrectly performed). Due to the rush in and out mentality I felt, I was worried that an alignment was charged but never performed. Since Tires Plus had been closing, I waited until Monday to bring my vehicle back. On Monday I had a prior engagement I had not preplanned with the new car issue, so I left for my meeting, planning to make it to Tires Plus by the end of the day. Well, I didn't make it. Thankfully I will live to eventually get answers. My rear axle split and my left. rear tire came outward almost completely, canted at an angle that alarmed me; looking at a rear axle (related component) almost split in two. So many mis-communications and questionable steps are involved, but within the nest few days I will know how this is to be handled and I will report back with that rating and the service that I experienced during that process with Tires Plus. I am having it towed inspected, reinspected, and inspected again. I feel like that is what we all have to do these days and that is a shame. Aside from the bill overcharge, rushed maintenance, and the initial noise that is directly related to the tires, I cannot draw blame on Tires Plus until further review, but my research and knowledge has surfaced several faulty maintenance issues which have led to this situation. So far, the company has appeared kind and willing to assist (as they should be since I have an immobile vehicle and they could've had a dead body on their hands), but I did my homework and will be present for their own inspection (although always reinspect or have someone else reinspect). I will report back with within the next few days with how the process went; customer care, inspection findings, and how Tires Plus handles these issues. ***I want it to be known that the vehicle malfunctions have to be further evaluated to legally and literally be stated as certain fault on the hands of Tires Plus. However, The overcharging, misplacement of my tires, and rushed services are indisputable as I experienced them and still have the bill showing these allegations to be true Consumers or potential customers: I will update this review further as the process progresses tomorrow and so forth. - Good Luck to all of you seeking vehicle services! I ask that you do your homework, ask around, or try to learn how to be your own Mechanic! If after that all else fails, then be prepared to fight for what is right. read more

Took in my car to have a slow tire leak checked. Was $25.22 quoted for the tire repair. When the service was completed Tim the service advisor said that the tire was fine, that tire seal was broken. He continued to say that the cost was still $25.22 for the repair. I asked Tim what was used for the repair. Tim's reply was a special lubricant. I pointed out Tim that the invoice did not reflect the use of a special lubricant. But it indicated that a patch/plug was used. Tim's reply was that they are one in the same. I was not looking to get the work done for free. But being charge $1.99 for patch/plug, $10 flat repair, $4 wheel balance and $8 wheel balance labor. Will not be going back, not a very trust worth establishment. When they realize that the seal was broken, I should have been advise and told that cost would be the same. The invoice should have reflected the actual work done. read more

WARNING... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR TIRES! Called and scheduled an appointment on Monday December 19th for a new set of tires to be installed on Thursday December 22nd at 3:00 PM. Arrived at 2:45 for the appointment, checked in at the counter, and took a seat in the waiting area for the new tires to be put on which I was told would take an hour or so. The entire time I was sitting in plain sight of the check in counter while I waited... never left the facility. At 4:30, nearly 2 hours after my arrival for a scheduled appointment, I walked up to the counter to check on the status as I had to leave for other commitments. The guy at the desk asked me to wait while he checked on the status. Came back to the counter and told me that not only was my vehicle not near completion but that they didn't even have the right tires in the building! That it would be another 30 minutes or so before they even arrived! At no point during my 2 hour wait while I was waiting in the store the entire time was I approached by anyone providing a status of my vehicle. That they didn't have the right tires on site, that an hour after I arrived they finally got around to ordering the proper set from another store, and that my 3:00 scheduled appointment would not be completed until something closer to 6:00 PM! This was the most ridiculously horrible incident of lousy communication I have experienced. The complete and total lack of customer service was unbelievable! A simple "Sorry sir but we do not have the tires on site. You can continue to wait until approx X o'clock for your tires to be put on or reschedule your appointment when we have the tires in stock." when they figured out they didn't have the right tires would seem to be what anyone with a sense of good business or communication would do. I had them put my old wheels back on the car and left without the new tires. Will never visit another Tires Plus again. read more
