NAPA's best alternator is $240.00 after their mark-up. They charged her $180.00 in labor. There were other minor costs with taxes that added another $100.00 to the bill. I called the owner and politely asked to reconsider the high cost for a simple repair. He refused to change the bill. I told him we wouldn't come back for service in the future and he didn't care. Perfect example of taking advantage of a woman.

I would not recommend Code-3 Emergency Roadside Services based on my experience. The technician,…read moreJason, was rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the service call. He was unable to remove the lug nuts from my vehicle because he did not have the proper tools for the job. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he became frustrated and directed his attitude toward me. At one point, he said, "You know what? I don't have to be here," and then left without resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution. I understand that some roadside situations can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. A professional technician should arrive with the appropriate equipment or, at the very least, communicate respectfully if they are unable to complete the job. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

One morning I was driving to work when all of a sudden my truck started to overheat. I was trying to head back home before anything bad happened to my motor but couldn't make it as it started to overheat really bad. I pulled over and called a friend who referred me to Sammy's Towing and Service. I called and right away Sam answered me, he asked for location and without question came to me. He checked the vehicle to see if there was a possible temporary solution. Unlike others that just see easy money. He was friendly and helpful. I ended up asking him if he could drop it off at my residence and without any questions he drove my truck and me home for a great reasonable price. I couldn't have been any happier with his service. I recommend you give them a call! P.s he suggested what the problem was and when I took my vehicle to get serviced, sure enough that was what the issue happened to be.
