I pulled off the highway and found the nearest repair shop I could find, which ended up to be High Tier Automotive in Beaver Dam, WI. Even though it was about twenty minutes before their closing time, they diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and worked late to fix it. They got me back on the road that day and I did not have any vehicle troubles after that. I found them to be very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle and very helpful to get me back on the road at a reasonable cost. I cant say enough good about this place. They went above and beyond to help me out of a situation. If I lived closer to this shop, I would take all my vehicle repair and maintenance business here.

This turned into a 4,800 bill. They ended up tearing the engine apart finding it needed timing chains and a bunch of other things. They put the engine back together set the timing wrong, and then tried to blame it on a "sensor that was too sensitive" And it was perfectly fine and not to worry about it I called them out on this they took the vehicle back and then had it for 4 months... 6 months total it took them to finally get the vehicle working. They then tried to blame a gear on the camshaft, It was fine It was eventually taken to a GM dealer which they paid for after threatening them with legal action they set the time incorrectly My mom finally gets her car back, The suspension light is on they broke off the suspension sensors when they lifted it up... Under no circumstances should you deal with them, they are completely 100% incompetent, The owner doesn't give a shit he had my parents vehicle for 6 months and kept on making excuses until legal action was threatened. As of right now it's still not right it needs an alignment and The broken suspension sensors replaced. The fact he let the car go like this shows he doesn't care. Do not use them You will regret it

I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today! They came…read moreto see what was wrong, thought it might need coolant so they put 2 gallons of WATER in it... that didn't work so he just left and called their tow truck to give me a jump start. They came with NO CABLES... tried what they called a tow jump. Hooked to my truck $$$ went a 100ft still no luck. Finally they had to tow my truck to their shop... put my truck in a warm bay to let it thaw out, charged my batteries still didn't crank so they said they would put me in a room and called Comfort Inn in Jackson come to find out I was paying the bill $135 a night. Told me it might be my starter (unreal) or my fuel pump (unreal). Woke up Saturday and checked out this expensive hotel... returned to their shop and my truck is sitting outside in the cold, left there all night and no one is even there to get me going. So I had to call for me another room found a Super8 for $66 a night... (imagine that) called them and they tell me it will PROBABLY be Monday afternoon... smfh!!! If you're a trucker in need of service you might want to call around. NO ONE IS FRIENDLY... hardly will even speak. Hate to pull the race card but that's the feeling I'm getting...
