This place is the best! Had an irreparable flat tire and wanted to find a used tire with similar tread to replace it. Apparently my car has uncommonly sized tires because the first place I stopped did not have my size at all in used tires and even limited options for new. Tires For Less was down the street so I decided to try them. They had great, used options in my tire size. Got me in immediately. Plus they have crazy good deals on tires and service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIR TO TIRES FOR LESS! 2010 Cadillac SRX Lux took to Tires for Less and was told I needed a Fuel Level Sensor Kit. I had to find and buy the part, it was installed and fuel level sensor did NOT fix the issue. Was told I needed a ECM cause it was burnt out. Purchased first ECM which was wrong due to seller of the 1st ECM. Purchased a 2nd ECM it didn't work. After 5-6 days car still not fixed at Tires for Less. Took my car to Lenfer Transmission after 4 days fuel pump was the problem and Lenfer fitted my car. It was NOT the ECM, so you better think twice before going to Tires for Less. The mechanics in this shop chances week to week. read more

They are the worst!!! I send my son to change my tires ! They give him the worst! I come back to get new tires! And they say that they don't have the size available that day so they will call me when are available and they never did. So i call them 1 month after and they say that they don't have me on the sistem but they charge my card 200 dollars fir the tires and I show the transaction and they don't care. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR SAFETY DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. We purchased our tires online at Simpletires.com to be installed by this shop. I called a few times to come in to get them installed and they pushed me out a few days as they said they were understaffed. We took the car in to have the tires installed when they told us to and there was only one person working all the bays in the shop. You could tell he was rushing trying to take care of all of the customers. He finished the install and we drove away. As soon as we left the shop we heard and felt horrible wobbling and clanging from the wheels. We pulled over 2 blocks from the shop and noticed that one of the lug nuts was missing. We called the shop as we did not feel safe driving back with a missing lug nut. The manager and the (only) installer drove out to us. As he reached down to the wheel he hand tightened the remaining 4 lug nuts. NOT ONE OF THE LUG NUTS WAS TIGHTENED BEFORE LETTING US DRIVE OFF!!! If we would have gotten to the interstate the tire would have flown off causing who knows how much carnage and mayhem. They went back to the shop, got another lug nut and tightened them down. The manager kept saying "This has never happened before". But no real apology, just excuses. One of the people from the main shop in Fridley called me a few days later to apologize and I asked them to refund me the installation fee. They said they would look into it and NEVER called me back. Weeks later I called them back, "Hello is this Angie" I said, "Depends why you are calling." Angie said there was nothing they could do and I needed to call the company I bought the tires from. I will wait to see if anything comes from that. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! They are understaffed and they rush the ONE employee they have. read more

i don't think i've ever been so disappointed in trying to buy local, and minority owned. called , made an appointment, purchasing mid level tires, talked me into not going to tire zoo across the street. he bad mouthed the company and i should have realized then, that's not good business management... but trying to save and buy local! appointment was for 9 am, 2 goodyear all seasons 274 all in.. great deal.. got there at 8:50 am, no one in sight.. no one until 930 . no call, no apologies, just a big ol your time dont mean ish here ! then.. he didnt even have my tires. now i spoke to him yesterday and he had 2 sets that fit. i picked the higher end ones. now some how mysteriously he has no tires in stock in my size.. that i called to confirm. so.. we went across the street to .. yup!!! tire zoo, they were not only open, but got two new tires for half the price and wayyyyy better customer service!! !!!this place is supposed to be "under new management " well whomever owns this.. this manager and this staff.. isnt it.. we live in bloomington we're not dealing with disgusting customer service, poor quality and over priced merchandise to be disrespected and our time being wasted. time is money and youll be out of business acting like this!! read more

Need tires and thought my alignment might be off. They replaced my tires, but then said to try the new tires and see if that fixed the alignment issue (it was a shimmy at higher speeds). After I had it a few days I realized that while the shimmy was gone it was pulling a bit right. Took it back in, they fixed up my alignment at a discount and now my car is driving great. I really appreciate that they tried to troubleshoot the problem without automatically racking up a bill. The owner is a nice guy, who was very communicative and did not talk down to me as a woman, which I have gotten at other shops. read more

Flat tire late at night the nearest place was tires for less. I had the tow truck drop it off without notifying them as it was 4 am!! Then in the morning I got so busy I forgot to call them to inform them that my vehicle was there. when I called two hours after they had opened, they had already look at my truck and had a few options ready to go !! He was just waiting for my OK . Im Very impressed and very satisfied... Unbelievable customer service!! Sam found an used tire for me and literally surprised me when he told me the cost of the tire Including Labor... Below $60!!!
